★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 19 novembre presso il negozio di Parco Leonardo di Roma a fronte di una spesa di € 222,50 ricevo un buono acquisto di 111,25 che riporta la seguente dicitura: il buono è spendibile obbligatoriamente su una spesa pari o superiore alla precedente dal prezzo iniziale, non è cumulabile con altre promo e punti tessera.
Oggi 6 dicembre mi presento al negozio e trovo che molti prodotti non possono essere acquistati usufruendo del buono in mio possesso. Non ricevo una spiegazione accettabile ma banalmente mi viene detto "sono esclusi dalla.promo" logicamente ribadisco altrettanto banalmente " e dove è scritto?"
Quanto sopra vi sembra corretto? In risposta a quanto scritto dal proprietario: la mia insoddisfazione (che risale all'anno scorso) fu generata dal fatto che nel buono, non era riportato che alcuni prodotti sarebbero stati esclusi dalla promo, tant'è vero che ho citato fedelmente la dicitura dello stesso. Spero di essere stato sufficientemente chiaro, anche perché posso immaginare che alcuni Brand, sia per immagine che per margini, possano non essere soggetti a promo, ma questo, credo, che vada comunicato chiaramente per iscritto, onde evitare spiacevoli delusioni da parte della clientela, come accaduto nel mio caso.

Does the above seem correct to you? In response to what the owner wrote: my dissatisfaction (which dates back to last year) was generated by the fact that in the voucher, it was not reported that some products would be excluded from the promo, so much so that I have faithfully quoted the wording of the same. I hope I was clear enough, also because I can imagine that some Brands, both in terms of image and margins, may not be subject to promos, but this, I believe, must be communicated clearly in writing, in order to avoid unpleasant disappointments on the part of customers. as happened in my case.
