Ho abbandonato il libro che stavo per comprare e mi sono rivolto ad altra libreria. Suggerisco maggiore oculatezza nello scegliere il personale.
Salespeople are usually professional and kind. Today a saleswoman, perhaps seasonal, treated me with arrogance, lack of preparation and superficiality. I abandoned the book I was about to buy and turned to another bookstore. I suggest greater caution in choosing the staff.

The Mondadori bookshop is my favorite bookshop, but above all the one located in the Parco Leonardo shopping center as it is very large and I always find what I am looking for .. The staff is always very polite and helpful ..
