★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo negozio varie volte ma l ultima volta , domenica scorsa,sono rimasta alibita dalle 2 commesse presenti quel pomeriggio.
Entro nel negozio e mi avvicino alla parte sinistra dove c erano le ultime scarpe ancora in saldo, c erano già alcune persone oltre me che stavano guardando i vari articoli, man mano che osservavo gli articoli continuava ad entrare gente , guardo le 2 commesse che entrambi stavano dietro al bancone,parlando se non erro dei loro turni di lavoro senza curarsi assolutamente di quello che stava succedendo , cerco un loro sguardo per l'assistenza , ma nulla stava "allegramente" parlando senza nessuna cura.insomma ho chiamato una di loro per avere delle scarpe del mio numero, e andata in magazzino e dopo circa 10 min torna e non mi dice nulla.io la stavo aspettando in attesa di risposta si è divagata dopo che l ho richiamata dicendomi che non c'era nulla del mio numero. Insomma io ero forse una si quelle poche clienti in quella mischia di gente( forse eravamo arrivato a più di 10-12 ad un certo punto, solo nella zona saldo) che se mi avessero servito senza grandi pretese, avrei preso forse più paia di scarpe...ma evidentemente non hanno voluto proprio fare il loro lavoro ne con me ne con altri clienti. Personale totalmente inqualificato! !!
 I have been to this shop several times but last time, last Sunday, I was used by the 2 orders present that afternoon.
I go into the shop and go to the left side where there were the last shoes still on sale, there were already some people besides me who were looking at the various articles, as I observed the articles people continued to enter, I look at the 2 orders that both they were behind the counter, talking if I'm not mistaken about their work shifts without caring absolutely what was going on, I look for their look for assistance, but nothing was "cheerfully" talking without any care. in short I called one of them to having shoes of my number, she went to the warehouse and after about 10 min she comes back and says nothing to me. I was waiting for her waiting for an answer she rambled after I called her back saying that there was nothing of my number. In short, I was perhaps one of those few customers in that crowd of people (perhaps we had arrived at more than 10-12 at some point, only in the solid area) that if they had served me without great demands, I would have perhaps taken more pairs of shoes ... but evidently they didn't want to do their job with me or with other customers. Totally unqualified staff! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piace molto la collezione di Primadonna tante belle scarpe a prezzi molto accessibili quello che mi piace un po' meno è la pressione che ti fanno le commesse dei negozi.... o almeno in alcuni negozi di questa franchising. Qualche volta ti va anche di vedere dei modelli senza dover comunque necessariamente acquistare.... questo soffoca un po' il cliente che qualche volta annoiato magari va via dal negozio invece di guardare ancora e forse comprare
I really like the Primadonna collection so many beautiful shoes at very affordable prices what I like a little less is the pressure that the shop assistants make you .... or at least in some stores of this franchise. Sometimes you also want to see models without necessarily having to buy anyway .... this chokes a little the customer who sometimes gets bored maybe he leaves the shop instead of looking again and maybe buying
