★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno un modo strano di mantenere i clienti, sconsiglio assolutamente. Ho fatto 3 occhiali e non ho speso poco.
Mi dissero che in 10gg avrei avuto gli occhiali, e che sarebbero stati consegnati, perché per il COVID non era possibile ritirarli in negozio, avevo dunque chiesto se gentilmente almeno quelli da lavoro potessero essere fatti per primi, visto che faccio un lavoro d’ufficio. Bene sono passata dopo un mese e l’occhiale era pronto, ma stavano aspettando che fossero pronti gli altri, ignorando totalmente la mia richiesta. L’ultimo paio di occhiali beh! Quelli pronti dopo 2mesi e mezzo e spediti ad un indirizzo indesiderato. E adesso non rispondono manco al telefono... complimenti per la professionalità.
 They have a weird way of keeping customers, which I strongly advise against. I made 3 glasses and I didn't spend little.
They told me that in 10 days I would have the glasses, and that they would be delivered, because for the COVID it was not possible to collect them in the store, I therefore asked if kindly at least the work ones could be done first, since I do an office job . Well I passed after a month and the glasses were ready, but they were waiting for the others to be ready, totally ignoring my request. The last pair of glasses well! Those ready after 2 and a half months and sent to an unwanted address. And now they don't even answer the phone ... congratulations on your professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo fare i complimenti ai ragazzi e alle ragazze che lavorano in questo negozio: affrontano le questioni che si propongono oltre che con estrema professionalità, soprattutto con grande empatia e disponibilità, qualità per niente scontate oggigiorno e che sono sempre una lusinga quando si trovano! Inoltre, a seguito di un evento personale spiacevole che ha portato al danneggiamento dei miei occhiali, sono stati immediatamente disponibili nel fare di tutto per risolvere il danno (riuscendoci!)
Davvero grandiosi, senza false retoriche!
I have to congratulate the boys and girls who work in this shop: they face the issues that arise as well as with extreme professionalism, especially with great empathy and availability, qualities that are not at all obvious nowadays and that are always a flattery when they are found! Furthermore, following an unpleasant personal event that led to damage to my glasses, they were immediately available to do everything to fix the damage (and succeeded!)
Really great, without false rhetoric!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovare a primo impatto qualcosa di acquistabile in pochi minuti risulta proibitivo, sia per il vasto assortimento di prodotti di livello elevato, sia a "causa" di Marika che con la sua professionalità rende piacevole il temporaneo soggiorno nel negozio ed è anche un piacere per le diottrie, tende quindi a distrarti.
Prodotti eccellenti e prezzi giusti; occhiali recapitati puntualmente come preventivato.

Maurizio il titolare mi ha consigliato di fare una visita gratuita all'interno del negozio....e ha riscontrato problemi che non sapevo di avere...mi ha consigliato gli occhiali e tutte le agevolazioni economiche che avrei potuto avere....
Morale...mal di testa passato, lacrimazione passata e soprattutto finalmente ho i miei occhiali a misura dei miei problemi.

I had passed by by chance to buy the usual pair of cheap eyeglasses.
Maurizio the owner advised me to take a free visit inside the shop .... and he encountered problems that I didn't know I had ... he recommended glasses and all the economic benefits that I could have ...
Moral ... past headache, past tearing and above all I finally have my glasses tailored to my problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato occhiali per tutta la famiglia (io, mio figlio, mia moglie - 2 paia, mio suocero - 2 paia, mia suocera - 2 paia). Il prezzo complessivo è stato estremamente vantaggioso rispetto ad altri ottici "di catena" GDO.
Sono cliente del punto vendita di Fiumicino Parco Leonardo e la serietà, professionalità, ma su tutto, la gentilezza e la pazienza dei tecnici in negozio sono di altissimo livello ed è la caratteristica che più valorizza questo marchio. L'assistenza post-vendita è il punto di forza: qualsiasi problema viene risolto al volo e in maniera definitiva e senza mai un centesimo di spesa in più di quella già fatta (e non importa l'entità). Anzi devo dire che un paio di volte mi hanno sistemato una montatura di occhiali che non avevo (e l'avevo detto) acquistato li, e alla domanda "quanto devo" la risposta è stata "arrivederci a presto".
Questo, secondo me, trasforma un negozio di occhiali, nell'ottico di fiducia. Bravi!
We bought glasses for the whole family (me, my son, my wife - 2 pairs, my father-in-law - 2 pairs, my mother-in-law - 2 pairs). The overall price was extremely advantageous compared to other retail "chain" opticians.
I am a customer of the Fiumicino Parco Leonardo store and my seriousness, professionalism, but above all, the kindness and patience of the technicians in the shop are of the highest level and it is the characteristic that most enhances this brand. The after-sales assistance is the strong point: any problem is solved on the fly and definitively and without ever spending a cent more than what has already been done (and no matter the extent). Indeed I must say that a couple of times I have fixed a frame of glasses that I had not (and I said) bought there, and to the question "how much do I owe" the answer was "see you soon".
In my opinion, this transforms an eyewear shop into a trusted optician. Well done!
