★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sempre molto gentili e l'ultima volta con poca attesa hanno risolto le mie questioni sulla compatibilità degli Smartphones e del Tablet di mia moglie con la dismissione del 3 G. Hanno trovato le soluzioni più economiche per un eventuale cambio di apparecchiatura. Per chi è in zona X Municipio lo raccomando vivamente!
 They are always very kind and last time with little waiting they resolved my questions about the compatibility of my wife's Smartphones and Tablet with the discontinuation of the 3 G. They found the cheapest solutions for a possible change of equipment. For those in the X Municipio area I highly recommend it!

I must say that there are not always kind, nice, helpful and professional employees .. here I found all this. It will definitely be my tim point for any other purchase !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la ragazza che lavora lì è poco professionale e di conseguenza rovina la reputazione del negozio. Ho chiesto l’attivazione di Tim Vision e mi ha attivato di tutto sulla sim nonostante le avessi chiesto la cortesia di non aggiungermi ulteriori spese oltre al costo mensile di Timvision. Dopo i vari costi che mi sono vista addebitare allo scattare del mese, mi sono recata in negozio per spiegazioni e mi ha detto che dovevo chiamare l’assistenza telefonica per farmi togliere i vari abbonamenti che lei stessa mi aveva attivato (??ma non siete un centro tim??). Vi consiglio di rivolgervi ad altri centri Tim oppure verificare da subito i vari abbonamenti che vi attiverà!!
Unfortunately the girl who works there is unprofessional and consequently ruins the reputation of the shop. I asked for the activation of Tim Vision and it activated everything on the sim despite I asked her the courtesy of not adding any additional expenses in addition to the monthly cost of Timvision. After the various costs that I was charged at the start of the month, I went to the store for explanations and she told me that I had to call the telephone assistance to have the various subscriptions that she had activated me removed (?? but you are not a tim center ??). I recommend that you contact other Tim centers or check immediately the various subscriptions that will activate you !!
