★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa, sono andato in negozio per passare a Vodafone e farmi attivare una promozione, purtroppo mi hanno attivato una promozione diversa ho pagato 15€ per la SIM 25€ di ricarica obbligatoria e 7€ per il costo di attivazione, infine mi sono ritrovato con la metà dei giga perché mi hanno sbagliato la promozione, sono andato una seconda volta e senza nemmeno scusarsi per l'errore fatto hanno cercato di risolvere il problema ma non ci sono riusciti, dopo tutta la perdita di tempo ho dovuto fare da me. Morale della storia se facevo tutto online risparmiavo tempo e i soldi che sono stati presi per la nuova SIM e per l'attivazione in negozio.
Negative experience, I went to the store to switch to Vodafone and have a promotion activated, unfortunately they activated a different promotion for me I paid € 15 for the SIM, € 25 for the mandatory top-up and € 7 for the activation cost, finally I found myself with half of the gigs because I got the promotion wrong, I went a second time and without even apologizing for the mistake made they tried to solve the problem but they couldn't, after all the waste of time I had to do it myself. Moral of the story if I did everything online I saved time and money that were taken for the new SIM and for the activation in the store.
