★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Höfliches Personal, jedoch nicht in allen Fragen kompetent. Zwei verschiedene Mitarbeiterinnen haben z. B. bezüglich einer wegen Nichtbenutzung verfallenen Mobilnummer die falsche Informationen gegeben, dass diese samt Guthaben verloren ist.
Polite staff, but not competent in all questions. Two different employees have z. B. regarding a mobile phone because of non-use of the wrong information given that this is lost together with credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto in questo negozio per fare un passaggio di nominativo per una scheda Wind e da inesperto mi sono affidato a loro... pessima scelta...il cambio è gratuito ma loro mi hanno sfilato 10 euro...fidarsi è bene ma di loro non fidatevi!!!
I came to this shop to make a change of name for a Wind card and as an inexperienced I entrusted them ... bad choice ... the change is free but they paraded me 10 euros ... trust is good but of don't trust them !!!

Non-existent assistance you have a broken phone and the only thing they tell you is that there is nothing they can do from the shop. So what do they put a shop to do if they can't do anything. Very rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen a more incompetent staff as in this shop. This shop is useless, they know nothing, and whats worse, half of what they say is just not true. They say "it's like this and this", you call Wind directly, they tell you something completely different.
