Vertreten in unserer Gegend durch die engagierten Partner fxsecur und ESS, welche sowohl FTTH als auch VoIP sauber mit Komplettservice installieren. Good provider, good peering, low latency, rarely problems, currently BEST price / performance ratio. No intrusive marketing and luckily no commission-hungry salespeople who unnecessarily upsell the customer like some others. Represented in our area by the dedicated partners fxsecur and ESS, who install both FTTH and VoIP clean with full service.

Für die Netzinfrastruktur ist im Raum Wipptal die Landesagentur Infranet verantwortlich, welche eine absolute Katastrophe ist. Eigentlich wurde mir telefonisch von SüdtirolNet mitgeteilt, dass binnen sechs Wochen mit einer Aktivierung der Linie zu rechnen sei. Nun sind zwei Monate verstrichen und eine Lösung ist nicht absehbar. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man beruflich im Home Office arbeiten muss. Dafür kann SüdtirolNet zwar nichts, aber das Resultat zählt. Man sollte Neukunden nicht eine absehbare Zeitspanne bis zur Bereitstellung des Anschlusses in Aussicht stellen, welche dann nicht eingehalten wird. Fortsetzung der Rezension folgt nach Lösung des Problems... The state agency Infranet is responsible for the network infrastructure in the Wipptal area, which is an absolute disaster. I was actually told by phone from SüdtirolNet that the line could be expected to be activated within six weeks. Two months have now passed and a solution is not in sight. Very annoying when you have to work from home for work. SüdtirolNet can't do anything about that, but the result counts. New customers should not be given the prospect of a foreseeable period of time until the connection is available, which is then not adhered to. Hierbei wurde mir versichert, dass sich innerhalb von zwei Wochen ein Techniker sich bei mir meldet und die Installation vornimmt. Jedoch ist seither (Februar 2020!!!!!) nichts passiert. Meine Anrufe wurden immer mit den gleichen Parolen abgewimmelt: "wir arbeiten daran". Meine Nachbarn hängen an der gleichen Zentrale wie ich, jedoch haben Sie glücklicherweise einen anderen Anbieter gewählt und somit schon seit Monaten schnelles Internet! Daher würde ich keinem Raten zu diesem Anbieter zu gehen! Very bad service !!! I submitted the order for the fiber optic connection in August 2019! I was assured that within two weeks a technician would contact me and do the installation. However, nothing has happened since (February 2020 !!!!!). My calls were always dismissed with the same slogans: "we are working on it". My neighbors are at the same headquarters as me, but luckily you chose a different provider and have had fast internet for months! Therefore I would not recommend going to this provider!
B	Beanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bieten Internet mit glasfaser..also erwartbare Qualität und Bandbreite davon. keinen 24h support also wenn es nach Bürozeiten ausfällt ist man alleine da. In zeiten von Homeoffice nicht tragbar.... Internetausfall bei gewitter? Schade, dass wir diese nicht vorraussehen und kd ggf warnen oder Rückerstatten können... Firma im passenden Italienisch lustlosen aber geldgeilen design gebaut...wende sich doch an Subunternehmer wenn du probleme hast, oh dieser ist geschlossen..pech gehabt... Offer internet with fiber optic ... so expectable quality and bandwidth of it. no 24h support so if it is canceled after office hours you are there alone. In times of home office not acceptable ... Internet failure during a thunderstorm? It is a pity that we do not anticipate this and can warn or refund kd if necessary ... Company built in the appropriate Italian listless but money-hungry design ... contact subcontractors if you have problems, oh this one is closed .. bad luck ...
