Il suo interesse è creare un rapporto con il cliente, quindi si muove nell'ottica della collaborazione e dell'onestà. Di computer ne capisco un po' anche io ed è facile approfittare di un cliente sprovveduto, soprattutto in ambiti ultraspecializzati come questo. Non è assolutamente il suo caso anzi. Si è premurato di guidarmi nella scelta in maniera razionale e senza spingere al rialzo la spesa finale.
TOP nelle riparazioni sia hardware che software.
Infine, affidabile nella qualità, veloce nei tempi, sempre presente anche per il minimo dubbio o problema. Tanta scelta e prezzi davvero competitivi.

I brought my pc to the service on the morning of August 28th. Free diagnosis and emergency intervention in less than 24 hours. By late afternoon it was ready and running. Ernesto a very helpful and very prepared person. Super fair prices and top quality. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve a tutti voglio scrivere questa recensione perché ho girato tanti tecnici é ho trovato tanta incompetenza e fregature a non finire ero quasi sul punto di pensare se qualora avessi avuto un guasto non avrei più consultato nessuno perché ero veramente stanco e non mi fidavo più di nessuno,un giorno per caso così parlando con amico del più e del meno abbiamo preso il discorso dei pc e dei telefonini che si guastavano e non c'era dove andare per poterli riparare ,così mi parlò del Signore Ernesto titolare jlab brolo Messina,ed io rispondendo con tono ironico gli ho detto che non avevo più intenzione di farmi fregare altri soldi quindi gli detto di lasciare perdere,a continuato ad insistere così tanto che alla fine mi ha convinto,dopo aver conosciuto Ernesto di jlab brolo Messina sono dovuto ritornare sui miei passi ho capito che non tutti i tecnici sono uguali lui ti parla chiaro ti dice quale é il problema e se ti conviene aggiustare o meno ,e io debbo dire apertamente che Ernesto mi ha risolto problemi veramente che sembravano senza soluzione con lui ho trovato QUALITÀ,QUANTITÀ,PROFESSIONALITÀ,E UN OTTIMA COMUNICAZIONE TUTTO AD UN PREZZO PIÙ CHE GIUSTO,sono rimasto veramente molto soddisfatto e dopo averlo conosciuto non lo cambierò mai con nessuno,ho voluto scrivere questa recensione per quelli che ancora sprecano tempo e denaro come facevo

Hi everyone, I want to write this review because I have toured many technicians and I found so much incompetence and endless rip-offs I was almost on the point of thinking if if I had a breakdown I would not have consulted anyone anymore because I was really tired and I didn't trust anyone anymore , one day by chance talking to a friend about this and that we took the talk of the PCs and mobile phones that were broken and there was no where to go to be able to repair them, so he told me about the Lord Ernesto owner jlab brolo Messina, and I answering with an ironic tone I told him that I no longer wanted to be cheated on more money so I told him to let it go, he continued to insist so much that in the end he convinced me, after meeting Ernesto of jlab brolo Messina I had to go back to my steps I realized that not all technicians are the same he speaks to you clearly tells you what the problem is and if you should fix it or not, and I must openly say that Ernest or he solved problems that really seemed without solution with him I found QUALITY, QUANTITY, PROFESSIONALISM, AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION ALL AT A MORE THAN RIGHT PRICE, I was really very satisfied and after knowing him I will never change it with anyone, I wanted write this review for those who still waste time and money like I used to
