 Very good and customer-friendly service. On the way to Italy we were promptly helped with a breakdown on our VW bus despite the close of business, so that we could continue after a thorough check. Price-performance top! Many thanks to the Nordauto Service team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a problem with the motor bike. Nordauto supported us as good they could. The motor bike got a ride home on there truck. Finally we took there Hyundai and we were in time in Meran to enjoy a great dinner. Thank you for your perfect assist on Saturday and Sunday. Sabrina and Martin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ripped winter tire on a mountain pass, and no replacement wheel in my vehicle, young kids in the car with 1 baby, Nordauto were asked by Axa Italia to tow vehicle : refused claiming it was too dangerous, leaving us alone in the night and snow to organize our own assistance for kids and passengers. The next day 16hours later (!), truck driver from Nordauto again mandated by insurance, meets us at the car on the mountain, but once there refuses to tow vehicle to the garage we had asked for in val Badia where we were staying (already had organized repair at local garage and validated with insurance), and pushes to take vehicle to Nordauto in Brixen to make repair themselves, menacing to leave with empty truck at our cost, and assuring tire will be replaced the same day. On site, no available tires--> changed for a used summer tire that we still had to pay 50€ for. So we fin ourselves far away from desired destination, with a temporary fix that is not even legal to drive with, and will have to be changed as soon as possible. Please flee from this dishonest business which works more like a mafia than a service. At least the mechanics working to repair vehicles, which just obey orders from the boss, are efficient and nice...
