Zustzlich ist es nicht möglich per E-Mail einen Dienst hinzuzufügen oder zu ändern (z.B. Internet) obwohl man schon Kunde ist und sie alle Daten haben. Bei anderen Anbietern kann man alles über E-Mail abwickeln, sogar wenn man noch nicht Kunde ist.
