 We have been tim customers for a lifetime and spending 30 € to get a micro sim (copy of a sim tim already in use) seems to me an exaggeration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Verkäufer antwortet nicht auf Telefonate, habe innerhalb eines Tages 10 Mal versucht Auskunft zu bekommen, bin am nächsten Tag im Geschäft vorbeigegangen, wurde extrem unhöflich abgewiesen. Er habe zu viel zu tun und ist allein im Laden. Alles kein Grund unprofessionell zu sein, aber Telefonate von Kunden nicht entgegen zu nehmen, das geht gar nicht.
The seller does not answer phone calls, tried to get information 10 times within one day, walked by the store the next day and was turned down extremely rudely. He's too busy and alone in the shop. No reason to be unprofessional, but not taking phone calls from customers is not possible.
