Molto fornito, ma soprattutto con personale formato professionalmente, in particolare Chiara e Alessandra che ricordano veramente tutto dei loro clienti, con la loro disponibilità alle informazioni e alle spiegazioni sull'uso della telefonia in generale, fanno sentire il cliente sicuro di ciò che acquista.

 Telephone shop located in Viale San Giovanni Bosco almost at the corner of Viale Aldo Moro. Much provided, but above all with professionally trained staff, in particular Chiara and Alessandra who truly remember all of their customers, with their availability to information and explanations on the use of telephony in general, make the customer feel sure of what he buys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno mentito sui costi di disdetta quando abbiamo firmato il contratto (avrei dovuto leggere bene anziché fidarmi) che doveva essere di 24 mesi, ma a quanto pare c'era il modem per 48 mesi.
Per disdire devo pagare 200€ tra disdetta e modem (allo stesso prezzo ne prendi uno migliore), e per mettere la fibra sempre con Wind devi pagare la stessa cifra + l'attivazione.
Non metterò mai più piede in un negozio wind.
They lied to me about cancellation fees when we signed the contract (I should have read it carefully rather than trust it) which was supposed to be 24 months, but apparently there was the modem for 48 months.
To cancel I have to pay 200 € between cancellation and modem (at the same price you get a better one), and to always connect the fiber with Wind you have to pay the same amount + activation.
I will never set foot in a wind shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimi come sempre ho attivato la fibra a casa con loro qualche giorno fa insieme alla sim ed un cellulare e mi trovo bene sono professionali e disponibili oltre che cortesi e molto educate consiglio vivamente
Dear as always, I activated the fiber at home with them a few days ago together with the sim and a mobile phone and I feel good they are professional and available as well as courteous and very polite I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENTI A LEGGERE BENE COSA FIRMATE Telefono in vetrina a 3€ al mese , chiedo chiarimenti, mi ribadiscono il pagamento di solo 3€ al mese con carta, firmo due scartoffie, lo prendo, mi accorgo dopo mesi, che ne stanno prendendo 6. Chiamo per avere spiegazioni e mi rispondono che indipendentemente da quello che c'era esposto e che hanno detto, conta quello che ho firmato. ed effettivamente..... Manco alle bancarelle a san teodoro fanno sti scherzi
BE CAREFUL TO READ WHAT YOU SIGN WELL. Phone in the window at € 3 per month, I ask for clarification, they reiterate the payment of only € 3 per month by card, I sign two paperwork, I take it, I realize after months, that they are taking 6. I call for explanations and they reply that regardless of what was exposed and what they said, what I signed counts. and actually ..... I miss the stalls in San Teodoro make these jokes
