★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mal gestito, abbandonato da una ragazza "erika" povera dipendente, alle prese con i clienti che non possono essere serviti per carenza di personale. ho atteso 1 ora, per cambiare un prodotto non funzionante, la povera ragazza non riusciva a contattare i superiori .. in difficoltà non sapeva che fare .... sconsigliato fortemente si rischia solo di perdere tempo e denaro e pazienza
poorly managed, abandoned by a poor "erika" girl, struggling with customers who cannot be served due to staff shortages. I waited 1 hour, to change a non-functioning product, the poor girl was unable to contact her superiors .. in difficulty she did not know what to do .... strongly discouraged you only risk wasting time and money and patience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo. Quando stavo acquistando un telefono, dei clienti si lamentavano; dopo Natale sono tornata per cambiarlo, senza averlo mai usato. La responsabile, dopo essere stata contattata per più di mezz'ora dalle dipendenti, ha risposto a queste ultime di non effettuare il cambio solo perché sulla scatola avevo scritto un numero. Bel modo di andare incontro ai clienti.
Not recommended. When I was buying a phone, customers were complaining; after Christmas I came back to change it, without ever having used it. The manager, after being contacted for more than half an hour by the employees, replied to the latter not to make the change just because I had written a number on the box. Nice way to meet customers.
