★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto la portabilità su due schede. Mi trovo a pagare degli abbonamenti non richiesti. Chiedendo spiegazioni mi viene detto che avrei dovuto toglierli e chi mi ha venduto le schede mi doveva avvisare. Venditori poco attenti verso i clienti. Da cambiare negozio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente da molti anni (mobile e fisso). Circa 15 telefoni acquistati (tutti I phone), 2 I pad . Personale scortese che si difende a vicenda inveendo contro il cliente. Non risolvono i problemi che creano. Per me Tim è un marchio d'eccellenza e non è gisto che debba essere messo in cattiva luce da un personale poco disponibile... mi è stato detto che se non sono soddisfatta posso tranquillamente non presentarmi piu in negozio. questa mattina avrei voluto acuqistare un I Phone 13 pro max... lo aquisterò on line e farò certamente a meno della loro collaborazione.
Customer for many years (mobile and fixed). About 15 phones purchased (all iPhone), 2 I pads. Rude staff defending each other by cursing the customer. They don't solve the problems they create. For me, Tim is a brand of excellence and it doesn't need to be put in a bad light by unhelpful staff ... I was told that if I'm not satisfied, I can easily stop showing up in the shop. this morning I would have liked to buy an I Phone 13 pro max ... I will buy it online and I will certainly do without their collaboration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da diversi anni ho sempre difficoltà nella sottoscrizione e poi nell’assistenza sui vari prodotti offerti dalle tante compagnie telefoniche, tutto questo é finito dopo essermi imbattuto in questo punto vendita, promozioni sempre accattivanti e personale super qualificato che con competenza e trasparenza é sempre disponibile a risolvere le mie difficoltà e i miei dubbi, davvero consigliatissimo!
