 Excellent customer orientation! That the Italian providers (all!) Have their special ways of working, is set there. In this shop, they give the best. They explain everything and solve problems. Competent and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto per un problema tecnico, la "gentile" Signora Alexa ha risposto un semplice "no" e mi ha detto che non sono neanche cliente Vodafone.... Direi di cambiare lavoro! Incompetenza e antipatica in persona. Menomale che era presente il store-manager che mi ha aiutato!
I asked for a technical problem, the "kind" Mrs. Alexa answered a simple "no" and told me that I am not even a Vodafone customer .... I would say to change jobs! Incompetence and nasty in person. Thank goodness for the store manager who helped me!

Although I have another provider and I didn't buy the cell phone there, I was helped and everything was transferred from one cell phone to the other. Business to recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto accogliente, appena entrati si viene piacevolmente avvolti dal profumo che viene nebulizzato nell‘aria; sono stato servito dopo pochissimo tempo (c‘erano solo due clienti oltre a me) e il signore all‘interno ha saputo darmi tutte le informazione che cercavo con molta precisione e senza fretta, consigliato!
Very welcoming shop, as soon as you enter you are pleasantly wrapped in the perfume that is sprayed in the air; I was served after a very short time (there were only two customers besides me) and the gentleman inside was able to give me all the information I was looking for with great precision and without haste, recommended!
