★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann hier NUR von meinen Eindrücken des Abholdienstes sprechen. Habe 3 Pakete dorthin zur Abholung schicken lassen mit 2 verschiedenen Kurieren (2x Amazon 1x Bartolini), 2 wurden mir beschädigt ausgehändigt (1x Paket von Bartolini, 1x Paket von Amazon), wo durch die Beschädigung auch die Produkte beschädigt wurden. (siehe Fotodokumentation) Der Dienst ist zwar kostenlos, dennoch erwarte ich mir bei einer Zustellung in die Abholstation einen sorgfältigen Umgang mit den Wertgegenständen anderer Menschen, besonders wenn man hierfür für die Kurierdienste professionell als Paketstation arbeitet. Leider ist das die einzige Abholstation von Amazon in Brixen, wo auch ein kostenloser Versand hin möglich ist. Ich hoffe, dass sich das bessert, dann bin ich auch bereit von einer Besserung zu berichten. Aber so kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen.
UPDATE: Service hat sich gebessert, Pakete kommen jetzt meist unbeschädigt
I can ONLY speak of my impressions of the pick-up service here. I had 3 packages sent there for collection with 2 different couriers (2x Amazon 1x Bartolini), 2 were handed over to me damaged (1x package from Bartolini, 1x package from Amazon), where the damage also damaged the products. (see photo documentation) The service is free, but I expect that other people's valuables will be handled carefully when delivering to the pick-up station, especially if one works professionally as a parcel station for the courier services. Unfortunately, this is the only Amazon pick-up station in Bressanone, where free shipping is also possible. I hope that will improve, then I am also ready to report an improvement. But I can't make a recommendation like this.
UPDATE: Service has improved, parcels are now mostly undamaged
