★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo centro vodafone solo 2 volte la prima perché avevo bloccato il telefono e il ragazzo mi ha accolta con educazione e simpatia risolvendo subito il problema...la seconda volta ahimè il 31 dicembre mi si e'rotto il telefono mentre ero al c.c e ne volevo comprare un altro in questo centro spendendo più di 200 euro, ma la ragazza si è rifiutata in maniera categorica e anche antipatica di inserirmi la scheda
( pagando) perché io non ne sono capace e in quel momento ne avevo estremo bisogno...sono corsa al piano di sopra del c.c. e ne ho comprato subito uno e sono stata aiutata anche con l'installazione dei vecchi dati. La maleducazione non paga mai.

Ho fatto il passaggio da un gestore telefonico verso Vodafone in anzitutto attivandomi tutto quello che gli interessava loro, dandomi in omaggio un oggetto che per loro era in omaggio ma in realtà io lo pagavo in bolletta!! Attenzione a quello che vi dicono attenzione a quello che vi attivano secondo me sono delle persone poco competenti inizialmente cortesi ma poi come torni per un problema ti trattano veramente a pesci in faccia!!!! Non ci metterò più piede!!! Una signora che ci lavora e di una scortesia e maleducazione unica, dice di essere competente ma in realtà!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei pochi store Vodafone dove trovi personale preparato, cortese e molto disponibile.
Ci sono capitato per caso, ma una volta all’interno mi hanno offerto informazioni sulla nuova fibra ottica ed ho deciso di cambiare da altro operatore. Dopo quasi 4 mesi posso finalmente dire di trovarmi benissimo! Ho ricontattato il negozio più volte per alcuni consigli e si sono mostrati sempre gentilissimi. Centro Vodafone super consigliato. Grazie ancora.

I happened to be there by chance, but once inside they offered me information on the new optical fiber and I decided to change to another operator. After almost 4 months I can finally say that I am fine! I contacted the shop several times for some advice and they were always very kind. Super recommended Vodafone center. Thanks again.
