★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di partenza mi dispiace che questo sia l'unico negozio TIM nella zona Tor Sapienza, che non funziona come dovrebbe fare un negozio prifessionale. Ce una mancanza di professionalita nel personale ed e impossibile ottenere informazioni affidabili da coloro che vi lavorano . Molte questioni possono essere affrontate senza problemi contattando telefonicamente i centro clienti TIM non rischiando cosi costi aggiuntivi, che rischiamo trattare affari in questo punto vendita.(costo di internet a casa 34 euro mensile, in negozio TIM 41 euro)
Nell'era del coronavirus ci sono momenti in cui le persone fanno la fila davanti al negozio per molto tempo perche il personale e lento.
Inoltre molto a desiderare lascia l'atteggiamento dei venditori nel confronte del clienti, in questo spesso non e educato.

There is a lack of professionalism in the staff and it is impossible to obtain reliable information from those who work there. Many issues can be addressed without problems by contacting the TIM customer center by telephone, thus not risking additional costs, which we risk dealing with business in this store. (Cost of internet at home 34 euros per month, in the TIM store 41 euros)
In the coronavirus era, there are times when people queue in front of the store for a long time because the staff is slow.
In addition, a lot to be desired leaves the attitude of the sellers towards the customers, in this often not polite.
