★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera ,bruttissima esperienza dopo l'acquisto di un cappotto risultato subito dopo fallato l'ho riportato nel negozio del cc granroma dopo aver preso in visione il capo mi è stato ritirato dopo circa 10gg siamo tornati per riprendere il capo ma ancora non era stata trovata una soluzione mi è stato detto che avrebbero dato un buono pari all'importo da spendere cosa che non ho accettato la responsabile è stata poco tollerante e molto maleducata accusandoci dopo aver confermato il difetto ci è stato detto che era nostra cura accettarsi che il capo era apposto di tutte le cuciture e che non avrebbero fatto nulla per accontentarci il nome della responsabile Alessxandra spero che al più presto potremo avere un vostro riscontro altrimenti ci regoleremo di conseguenza. Non ci mettero' più piede.
Good evening, very bad experience after the purchase of a coat and immediately after it failed I brought it back to the shop of the cc granroma after having inspected the garment it was withdrawn after about 10 days we returned to take back the garment but it had not yet been found a solution I was told that they would give a voucher equal to the amount to spend which I did not accept the manager was not very tolerant and very rude accusing us after confirming the defect we were told that it was our care to accept that the boss was affixed to all the seams and that they would not have done anything to satisfy us the name of the manager Alessxandra I hope that as soon as possible we will be able to have your feedback otherwise we will act accordingly. I won't set foot in it again.
