★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due giorni fa ho comprato la scarpa gene rossa a venezia a.. bella la pelle ed é comoda ma il tacco di plastica non me lo aspettavo.. provandalo in negozio non mi sono resa conto che rumore fa.. inoltre é anche pericolosa dato che si scivola sui pavimenti di marmor... e pagare ancora 26€ per la suola da rifare gia per una scarpa nuova mi delude!
bene allora ho un buono di 26 € pe rla prossima scarpa che compro da voi?? cosi mettiamo a posto l´accaduto
Two days ago I bought the red gene shoe in Venice a .. beautiful the leather and it's comfortable but I didn't expect the plastic heel .. trying it in the shop I didn't realize what noise it makes .. moreover it is also dangerous since you slip on the marble floors ... and paying 26 € again for the sole to be redone for a new shoe already disappoints me!
well then I have a voucher of 26 € for the next shoe I buy from you ?? so we fix what happened

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono artisti e artigiani meravigliosi. Ho ordinato tre paia di scarpe sul loro sito online (ma un giorno andrò a Venezia a trovarli!) e mi sono trovata benissimo! Oltre all'assistenza eccellente sia via mail che telefonica, ho trovato una persona professionale, empatica e disponibile. Sul sito ci sono sempre moltissime offerte e infine parliamo delle scarpe. Morbidissime, originali, uniche, fatte a mano sono vere opere d'arte. Aprire la scatola e indossarle è stata un'emozione. Sono persino profumate! Viva gli artisti e gli artigiani italiani che, in mezzo a mille difficoltà, non mollano mai!
They are wonderful artists and craftsmen. I ordered three pairs of shoes on their online site (but one day I'll go to Venice to see them!) And I had a great time! In addition to excellent support both by email and telephone, I found a professional, empathetic and helpful person. On the site there are always a lot of offers and finally we talk about shoes. Very soft, original, unique, handmade, they are true works of art. Opening the box and wearing them was an emotion. They are even scented! Long live the Italian artists and artisans who, in the midst of a thousand difficulties, never give up!
