Una volta provata e verificato che la padella non andava correttamente l’ho riportata in negozio ma mi è stato detto che non potevo ricevere alcun rimborso poiché non avevo la confezione originale. I bought a pan theoretically suitable for induction cookers. Ovviamente nella "scatola mai vista" e non registrata in cassa l'articolo era rotto. Ho chiesto di poter parlare con la responsabile però mi è stato riferito che non è mai presente in negozio. Veramente una pessima esperienza, anche perché non ero lì per un reso ma solo per un cambio merce diffetata.
