★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin von dieser Firma betrogen worden, die halten sich nicht an Vereinbarungen. Ich habe über booking.com für Sommer 2021 reserviert und der volle Betrag inkl. Tourismusabgabe wurde sofort von der Kreditkarte eingezogen - was gegen den Vertrag war (nur blockieren wäre erlaubt gewesen).
Ich habe dann 9 Monate vor check-in!!! storniert, da unsere Gruppe sich vergrößert hat und das App. zu klein gewesen wäre.
Lapidar wurde mir ein Gutschein, gültig nicht mal 1 Jahr ab sofort, ohne Nummer/Buchungscode in Aussicht gestellt - buchbar nicht über booking.com, sondern über diese website.
Booking.com wird mir den Betrag, den dieses Unternehmen zu Unrecht eingezogen hat, erstatten.
NIE WIEDER - Hände weg!!!
I've been betrayed by this company, they don't stick to their agreements. I made a reservation via booking.com for summer 2021 and the full amount including the tourist tax was immediately withdrawn from the credit card - which was against the contract (only blocking would have been allowed).
I have 9 months before check-in !!! canceled because our group has grown and the app. would have been too small.
Lapidar I was offered a voucher, valid not even 1 year from now, without a number / booking code - not bookable via booking.com, but via this website.
Booking.com will reimburse me for the amount this company wrongly collected.
NEVER AGAIN - hands off !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa società gestisce diveri appartamenti che si aprono con un codice numerico, all'arrivo alle 23.00 (avevo avvisato dell'arrivo a quest'ora) la porta dell'appartamento non si è aperta ! Non c'è nessun numero da chiamare per le emergenze, dai numeri che avevo, fisso e cellulare, nessuna risposta ! Per concludere abbiamo dovuto trovare una struttura dove dormire la prima notte, vi lascio immaginare il disagio con valigie e bambini in giro per Venezia all'una di notte !
This company manages several apartments that open with a numeric code, upon arrival at 11.00 pm (I had advised the arrival at this time) the door of the apartment did not open! There is no number to call for emergencies, from the numbers I had, landline and mobile, no answer! To conclude we had to find a structure where to sleep the first night, I let you imagine the discomfort with suitcases and children around Venice at one in the morning!

I've rented a room and after a while asked if it is possible to change the dates, on the same day I've received a cancellation message without a refund. They basically cancelled my booking and stole my money. Please see the attached chat.
