Ho chiamato per chiedere una sostituzione e mi hanno risposto che queste scarpe, seppur invernali, non sono necessariamente impermeabili ma devono solo tenere il piede caldo... La giustificazione mi pare assurda, se non addirittura comica, e non comprerò mai più un paio di scarpe da PittaRosso. I bought a pair of winter boots, in my opinion defective, since water enters one of them not only when it rains, but also when the roads are simply wet. I called to ask for a replacement and they replied that these shoes, although winter, are not necessarily waterproof but they just have to keep the foot warm ... The justification seems absurd, if not downright comic, and I will never buy a pair of shoes from PittaRosso again.

They have shoes made of plastic, I had bought two ankle boots within three months of the soles coming off, and they weren't on sale. It's a shame!!!!!!

La scelta é abbastanza ampia, ma non di tutti i marchi presenti sono disponibili i modelli migliori. Oltre alle calzature vendono portafogli, valigie, stringhe e prodotti per le calzature. Nel complesso buona la scelta, ma potrebbe essere gestita meglio in quanto a disposizione. Large sales area, although a little chaotic, shoes are not always perfectly divided into the right sections. The choice is quite wide, but not all of the brands present are the best models available. In addition to footwear they sell wallets, suitcases, strings and products for footwear. Overall the choice is good, but it could be better managed in terms of availability.

I dreaded taking them back because I really didn't want 'store credit' as I hadn't liked any of the other boots. I was really and pleasantly SHOCKED when the very kind manager just gave me a full cash refund. This NEVER happens in Italy, I certainly will go back again as a company with logical and good customer service is a rarity in this country. Well done PittaRosso!
