A	Alessio Simone Pedretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cialtroni! Ma soprattutto bugiardi! Fatto acquisto online di una bici in data 7/4/2021 non si sono mai degnati di una risposta per conferma. Contattato io telefonicamente due giorni dopo, dice che spedisce ma devo avere pazienza perché stanno traslocando il negozio. Successivamente vengo a sapere che la bici è stata venduta prima del mio acquisto... va be’, un errore ci può stare. Da qui il calvario... dicono che cercano di recuperare il telaio. Aspetto.... passato quasi un mese di prese in giro, chiedo cortesemente il rimborso in data 28/4/2021. Anche qui sono stato preso in giro per una settimana, il tipo (di cui non faccio nomi) dice che il bonifico è stato ordinato il 29/4/2021 alla contabile. Sollecito in data 4/5/2021 e mi dice che controlla che la contabile aveva l’appunto.... insomma il 5/5/2021 riesco a parlare con la contabile la quale mi riferisce che lei non sapeva nulla del rimborso!!! A mezzogiorno, dello stesso giorno, rintraccio il tipo.... dice che ha fatto il bonifico lui stesso in mattinata!!! Bene... gli ho chiesto di mandarmi la contabile. L’ha mandata? Ma proprio.... mi ha preso in giro per l’ennesima volta!!! Alla fine, sotto minaccia di denuncia, alle 20.10 mi manda la contabile. Saranno anche 20 anni che sono sul mercato ma se si comportano come hanno fatto, per me possono pure chiudere. CIALTRONI un’altra volta!!!! Scoundrels! But most of all, liars! Made online purchase of a bike on 7/4/2021 they never deigned to answer for confirmation. Contacted me by phone two days later, he says he ships but I have to be patient because they are moving the shop. Later I learn that the bike was sold before my purchase ... okay, there may be a mistake. Hence the ordeal ... they say they are trying to recover the frame. Wait .... after almost a month of teasing, I kindly ask for a refund on 28/4/2021. Here too I was made fun of for a week, the guy (I don't mention any names) says that the transfer was ordered on 4/29/2021 from the accountant. I remind you on 4/5/2021 and tells me that she checks that the accountant had the note .... in short, 5/5/2021 I can talk to the accountant who tells me that she did not know anything about the refund !! ! At noon on the same day, I track down the guy .... he says he made the transfer himself in the morning !!! Well ... I asked him to send me the accountant. Did he send it? But really .... he made fun of me for the umpteenth time !!! In the end, under threat of a complaint, the accountant sent me at 20.10. They have been on the market for 20 years but if they behave as they did, they can close for me. CIALTRONI one more time !!!!
S	Sebastiano Santoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la bici per un fastidioso rumore alla zona del cambio. Mi dicevano che era dovuto al gioco dei pedali. Sostituiti i pedali, il problema rimaneva. NON RISOLTO. Ho fatto sostituire il nastro del manubrio che dopo un uscita, si è spellato. Contattato il negozio mi dicevano di portare in negozio bici e guanti che usavo, per verificare il problema. I guanti??? Mah!!! Dopo aver visionato i guanti hanno deciso di sostituirmi il nastro. Quando lo hanno fatto, il titolare si auto-complimentava perchè era come quello che aveva sulla sua bicicletta. Peccato che è stato montato in maniera a dir poco VERGOGNOSO! I brought the bike for an annoying noise to the transition area. They told me it was due to the pedal game. Replaced the pedals, the problem remained. NOT SOLVED. I did replace the tape of the handlebar that after an exit, it is peeled. Contacted the store told me to bring to the bike shop and gloves that I used to check the problem. Gloves??? Mah !!! After viewing the gloves have decided to replace me the tape. When they did, the holder is self-congratulating because it was like the one he had on his bicycle. Too bad that has been mounted in a manner to say the least SHAME!

Mi sono rivolto a loro per una bici da corsa, in modo professionale mi hanno fatto fare un incontro con il loro biomeccanico che mi ha fatto una analisi dettagliata per sapere le mie misure e creare le altezze corrette, solo allora sono stato consigliato sulla bici da acquistare. Trovato il modello scelto mi è stata preparata.. e poi via in sella. Consigliatissimo, professionali e onesti. Grazie ad Andrea e tutto lo staff Excellent professionals. I turned to them for a racing bike, in a professional way they made me do a meeting with their biomechanist who gave me a detailed analysis to know my measurements and create the correct heights, only then I was advised on the bike from buy. Once I found the chosen model, it was prepared for me .. and then off to the saddle. Highly recommended, professional and honest. Thanks to Andrea and all the staff
