Ho bucato e portato la bicicletta per cambiare ruota. Oggi la ruota si è bloccata improvvisamente, dopo aver cambiato la gomma solo qualche giorno fa. Da un altro meccanico mi è stato detto che non mi hanno tirato bene la ruota. Capisco che forse, in questo periodo, hanno tante cose da fare... Però sono un po' dispiaciuta. Non so se potrò dare ancora fiducia. I have to say that I gave the shop another chance, after having bad experiences in the past, about seasonal bike control. I got a puncture and took my bicycle to change wheels. Today the wheel suddenly stopped, after changing the tire just a few days ago. I was told by another mechanic that they didn't pull the wheel well. I understand that perhaps, in this period, they have a lot of things to do ... But I'm a bit sorry. I don't know if I can still trust.

Si trattava di un problema al cavalletto. In pochissimi minuti mi hanno risolto il problema. Che dire... è la seconda bici che compro da loro e continuerò ad affidarmi a loro anche in futuro. I went to the shop today for a problem I encountered on my baby's new bicycle that I bought a few days ago. It was a tripod problem. In a few minutes they solved my problem. What can I say ... it is the second bike I buy from them and I will continue to rely on them in the future. Excellent sales service and excellent maintenance service. L	Larry Imperiale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend!!! we are from the United States, and I rented a light, durace Scott road bike for riding to Folgaria and more. My wife rented an eBike. The service was as good as it gets. The rental price was very, very low! Compared to the US. Together we rode to Lake Garda and Trento too. Andrea (e Jacabone?) Spoke English and we're VERY helpful with ride info and directions. Other bike stores weren't helpful at all. I will be back to ride again.
