★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da commerciante abituato a trattare con la clientela, devo dire che in questo negozio il modo di rapportarsi con le persone è veramente pessimo, o almeno lo è da parte del "meccanico" del negozio.
Lo è sia per i tentativi maldestri di fornirvi spiegazioni fantasiose alle quali per evitare di questionare darete credito e in questo modo il " furbetto" porterà a casa il risultato, ma sul lungo periodo i risultati, adottando questa spocchia, verranno meno.
Vorrei dare un paio di consigli: il primo ai titolari del gruppo di valutare meglio i propri collaboratori e il secondo ai potenziali clienti di stare attenti alla furbizia del "personaggio".
Veramente sconsigliato come negozio, infatti rispetto ad altri store è quasi sempre perennemente vuoto.... chissà perché! Bye bye Montura bike di Isera!
As a trader used to dealing with customers, I have to say that in this shop the way of relating with people is really bad, or at least it is by the "mechanic" of the shop.
It is both for clumsy attempts to provide imaginative explanations to which to avoid questioning you will give credit and in this way the "clever" will bring home the result, but in the long run the results, by adopting this arrogance, will fail.
I would like to give a couple of tips: the first to the group owners to better evaluate their collaborators and the second to potential customers to be careful of the "character" cunningness.
Really not recommended as a shop, in fact compared to other stores it is almost always perpetually empty .... who knows why! Bye bye Montura bike from Isera!

Come avete potuto capire mio zio è super attento ai dettagli e molto esperto dopo anni di “pedalate”; mi dice che non ha mai trovato un meccanico così preciso, competente e preparato (abitava a Torino e ha frequentato molti negozi di bici) veramente eccezionale.

As you could have understood my uncle is super attentive to details and very experienced after years of "riding"; he tells me that he has never found such a precise, competent and prepared mechanic (he lived in Turin and has frequented many bike shops) truly exceptional.
