Serietà, disponibilità"Onestà" e cortesia dimostrata dal Sig. Claudio e da Alex che ringrazio per avermi venduto una grande bicicletta, e a tutto lo staff Bici e Sport per aver confermato le promesse (sono salito in Trentino dalla Toscana per acquistare una bici che il negozio aveva pubblicato su internet).
Personale e negozio gentile e soprattutto molto affidabile.

Well stocked shop with a wide selection of excellent products.
Seriousness, helpfulness "Honesty" and courtesy shown by Mr. Claudio and Alex whom I thank for selling me a great bicycle, and to all the Bici e Sport staff for confirming the promises (I went up to Trentino from Tuscany to buy a bike that the shop had posted on the internet).
Friendly and above all very reliable staff and shop.

Mi sono sempre affidato a Claudio nella scelta della bici che meglio si addice alle mie idee e caratteristiche, con professionalità ti indirizza sempre verso la scelta migliore per chi si approccia al mondo della bici.
Multimarca giant,trek,merida quindi il top del mercato lo si trova in questo negozio, idem per quanto riguarda gli upgrade e gli accessori.
Ottimo per mia esperienza il service post vendita bici , risolto ogni minimo problema da Alessandro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai è diventato il negozio di famiglia, abbiamo acquistato biciclette per i ragazzi e per noi , sempre con ottimi consigli e cordialità, massima disponibilità e competenza per risolvere qualsiasi problema ed addirittura in tempi di lockdown quando non si trovavano rulli nemmeno in internet in poco più di una settimana sono riusciti a farmi arrivare il rullo ordinato. Semplicemente fantastici .
