★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero serietà e professionalità, per non parlare dei prezzi...chiamo per chiedere se posso far portare una bici a cambiare i copertoni, chiedo espressamente anche se devo prendere appuntamento..mi viene detto che potevo portarla.. o quando volevo aspettando il proprio turno o verso le 1730, nonostante la bici fosse stata portata all'ora indicata si è dovuto andare a prenderla in giorno dopo, va beh..a parte questo a cui potevo soprassedere mi ritrovo sullo scontrino 20€ oltre il prezzo dei copertoni accordati..deduco per una spruzzatina di olio al cambio e l'abbassamento della sella richiesto...proprio uno sproposito! Avete perso senz'altro un cliente!
