Un po' per la taglia, un po' per l'estetica ma erano ormai mesi (da giugno 2020) che cercavo una MTB che rispecchiasse i miei desideri ma senza aver ottenuto mai nessun risultato.
Navigando poi sul web mi sono imbattuto in questa realtà decidendo così di inoltrare il Form preposto. Di lì a pochissimo tempo (forse 30 min) sono stato ricontattato.
Fin dall'inizio ho ricevuto assistenza a 361° non 360 fugando, così, ogni mio minimo e singolo dubbio.
Conclusa la trattativa, per cause NON A LORO DOVUTE, ci sono stati futilissimi problemi con la spedizione ma, nonostante tutto, Nikolas mi ha sempre assistito in ogni fase della stessa aggiornandomi tempestivamente sugli sviluppi, anche fuori dall'orario di lavoro. Ricevuta la bici (bellissima voglio precisare) la stessa risultava in piccolissima parte graffiata cosicché ho nuovamente interpellato la persona di Nikolas che in primis si è scusato dell'accaduto ma poi subito si è messo al lavoro per capire come fosse successo. Risultato!? Oggi mi arriva una mail con la quale mi viene elargito un buono sconto per il disagio avuto.
Beh, giudicate voi se questa non è professionalità, passione per il lavoro che svolgono ma ancor più RISPETTO per i propri clienti.
5 Stelle son poche…

I would be an understatement if I said "EXCEPTIONAL". I want to start like this.
A little for the size, a little for the aesthetics but it had been months (from June 2020) that I was looking for a MTB that reflected my desires but without ever having obtained any results.
Browsing the web then I came across this reality, thus deciding to submit the form in charge. In a very short time (maybe 30 minutes) I was contacted.
From the beginning I received assistance at 361 °, not 360 °, thus dispelling all my minimum and single doubts.
After the negotiation, for reasons NOT DUE TO THEM, there were very trivial problems with the shipment but, despite everything, Nikolas always assisted me in every phase of the same by updating me promptly on developments, even outside working hours. Received the bike (beautiful I want to specify) the same was in a very small part scratched so that I again contacted the person of Nikolas who first apologized for what happened but then immediately went to work to understand how it had happened. Result!? Today I receive an email with which I am given a discount coupon for the inconvenience I had.
Well, judge for yourself if this is not professionalism, passion for the work they do but even more RESPECT for their customers.
5 stars are few ...
I may have dwelled on it but these guys deserve every single word of good. Thank you!

Mi sono affidato a loro nel 2019 per una biomeccanica sulla mia bdc e proprio martedì mi sono ripresentato per apportare le mie modifiche sulla mia nuova bdc Cervèlo, ed anche una revisionata alla mtb che uso per andare al lavoro.
Complimenti, lavoro davvero certosino e prezzi davvero buoni. Continuate così.
Nikolas and the boys are really cool people. Very kind, helpful and professional. I relied on them in 2019 for a biomechanics on my bdc and just on Tuesday I came back to make my changes on my new bdc Cervèlo, and also a revised one on the mtb I use to go to work.
