★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se state cercando un posto dove portare il vostro pc perché ha un problema, Virtual Mind è l'unico posto che vi ridà il pc con 3 problemi in più! Nel portare il pc con un banale problema alle SOLE cerniere, il proprietario è riuscito a rompere la webcam, il microfono e l'accesso al wifi. E il bello è che nonostante tutto continuava a dire che fosse tutto perfettamente funzionante.
Virtual Mind, dove se vi dicono che il pc è pronto il 15 settembre, per il 2 ottobre non solo non è pronto, ma sta addirittura peggio di prima.
Evitatelo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rapidi, super gentili e competenti. Con il cellulare oggigiorno ci si lavora ed i tempi fanno la differenza. Non come da FY che mi hanno ridato il cel dopo un mese e mezzo!
Tornerò ed ho un po' di lavori da fargli fare.
Super quick, super nice and knowledgeable. With the mobile phone nowadays we work on it and times make the difference. Not like FY who gave me the cel after a month and a half!

L assistenza viene assicurata anche con interventi in loco, questa cosa è veramente eccezionale.
