★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengono degli immobili in pubblicità , per la locazione , ma quando si chiama sono stati già locati!! Forse lo fanno per prendere richieste? Inoltre abbiamo visto un immobile e dopo 2-3 gg abbiamo chiamato più volte la ragazza che ci aveva fatto fare la visita , ma ci hanno sempre detto che era fuori e non ha mai richiamato ( nell'era dei cell sempre attivi, una funzionaria è fuori e quindi per 2 gg non richiama ???). Alla fine abbiamo fissato con una segretaria l'appuntamento per una nuova visita e per fare la proposta di locazione, ma ci è stato detto che si poteva fare solo il lunedi seguente ( era giovedi quando abbiamo chiamato) perchè i proprietari non ci abitavano più ( cosa non vera). Abbiamo detto ok per lunedi, l'importante essere i primi a rivisitare l'immobile. La segretaria ha risposto che gli altri interessati sarebbero venuti il martedi, quindi tutto ok per la proposta. Il sabato chiamano per dire che la proprietà non affitta più!!!! Troppe cose strane. Per altro la Tecnocasa si vanta di lavorare con regolari incarichi, poi scopriamo che un proprietario può rinunciare quando vuole??? uhmmm. PESSIMA PROFESSIONALITA' , MAI PIU' .
They have properties in advertising, for leasing, but when you call they have already been rented !! Maybe they do it to take requests? We also saw a property and after 2-3 days we called the girl who had visited us several times, but they always told us that she was out and never called back (in the era of always active cells, an official is outside and therefore does not call back for 2 days ???). In the end we made an appointment with a secretary for a new visit and to make the rental proposal, but we were told that it could only be done on the following Monday (it was Thursday when we called) because the owners no longer lived there ( which is not true). We said ok for Monday, the important thing is to be the first to revisit the property. The secretary replied that the other interested parties would come on Tuesday, so all right with the proposal. On Saturday they call to say that the property does not rent anymore !!!! Too many strange things. On the other hand, Tecnocasa prides itself on working with regular assignments, then we discover that an owner can give up when he wants ??? uhmmm. BAD PROFESSIONALISM, NEVER AGAIN.
