Siamo stati stamane a vedere un appartamento in affitto (peraltro molto carino, peccato.. ) ma purtroppo non siamo stati accolti ed invogliati a fare proposte di alcun tipo, causa l'atteggiamento non solo poco propositivo di chi ci ha mostrato la casa ma, l'arroganza e le risposte davvero poco cortesi che ci hanno assolutamente scoraggiati e portati a scappare letteralmente. Probabilmente, con gli affitti non si guadagna tanto quanto una vendita..ma l'atteggiamento di presentazione deve essere lo stesso a prescindere. Si tratta sempre di soldi e, di questi periodi, conviene mantenersi clienti papabili. Mi dispiace (e mi fa arrabbiare) che esistano sul mercato agenti immobiliari così, nonostante la "ventina d'anni" di presenza. Con noi la presenza l'hanno fatta ma rimane lì.. MAI PIÙ PROFESSIONECASA. Mai più quelle due "signore" agenti immobiliari. Per carità di Dio! I have to give 1 star to be able to review but believe me it's not even 1/4 star. We were this morning to see a rented apartment (very nice, too bad ..) but unfortunately we were not welcomed and encouraged to make proposals of any kind, due to the not only not very proactive attitude of those who showed us the house but, the arrogance and the very unkind answers that have absolutely discouraged us and led us to literally escape. Probably, with rents you don't earn as much as a sale ... but the presentation attitude must be the same regardless. It is always about money and, in these periods, it is better to remain eligible customers. I am sorry (and it makes me angry) that there are real estate agents like this on the market, despite the "twenty years" presence. They made their presence with us but it remains there .. NEVER MORE PROFESSIONECASA. Never again those two "ladies" real estate agents. For God's sake!

Sono l'agenzia migliore della zona e sono oltre professionali molto umane e simpatiche. 10 e lode a questa agenzia. Highly recommended. I have been their client since 2004, I have sold and bought 3 properties with them. I had a great time. They are the best agency in the area and are very humane and nice professionals. 10 and praise to this agency.
