★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessato di un immobile che loro avevano, mandate varie mail, chiamati un paio di volte, lasciati il mio nominativo e n di telefono per essere ricontattato, ma nulla. Richiamo l'Agenzia per la terza volta, mi danno il n. del cellulare della persona direttamente incaricata per la vendita di quel immobile, chiamo però senza avere nessuna risposta. Anche se il proprietario dice di essere sicuro di avermi ricontattato, NON HO MAI RICEVUTO ,e dico MAI, in nessun modo risposta da parte loro, ne tramite mail, ne messaggio e ne telefonate. Capisco magari che forse la casa era già in trattativa forse, ma a questo punto comunque bastava una risposta da parte loro anche negativa..Questa non è una recensione negativa per allontanare le persone da questa agenzia, assolutamente no; ma ben si per far capire al personale dell'agenzia che TUTTE le persone interessate ad un loro immobile potrebbero essere dei potenziali clienti e vanno tutti trattati come se già lo fossero. E poi, io personalmente che sono ancora alla ricerca, se dovrei trovare un immobile con loro, ben venga, la prossima recensione mi auguro che abbiano le 5 stelle. Un caro saluto allo staff dell'agenzia e a tutti i loro clienti
Interested in a property that they had, sent several emails, called a couple of times, left my name and phone number to be contacted, but nothing. I call the Agency for the third time, they give me the no. of the cell phone of the person directly in charge of the sale of that property, but I call without having any answer. Even if the owner says he is sure he has contacted me, I NEVER RECEIVED, and I say NEVER, in any way response from them, either by email, message or phone call. Maybe I understand that maybe the house was already under negotiation, but at this point a negative response from them was enough .. This is not a negative review to keep people away from this agency, absolutely not; but yes to make it clear to the staff of the agency that ALL the people interested in their property could be potential customers and should all be treated as if they already were. And then, I personally who are still looking, if I should find a property with them, so be it, the next review I hope they have 5 stars. A warm greeting to the staff of the agency and to all their customers
