★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vedendo recensioni positive (ahime' poi verificato a posteriori in realtà essere quasi tutte molto molto datate) mi sono recato fiducioso presso questo esercizio per riparare il display del mio iphone. Dopo un primo ritardo dovuto alla consegna dei pezzi necessari alla riparazione, ho ricevuto assistenza venerdì 26 feb 2021 . Lunedì 1 marzo mattina in ufficio fuori Roma mi accorgo che il display riparato 2 giorni prima presentava piccola crepa in alto che nel giro di 2 giorni si è allungata. Contattato oggi l'esercizio, faccio presente la situazione, dicendo che non si è verificato nessun danno accidentale e che quindi per cortesia si provveda alla nuova sostituzione senza costi aggiuntivi. La risposta è stata che l'assicurazione non copre danni accidentali e che quindi dovrei ripagare da capo il lavoro...peccato che non c'è stato nessun danno accidentale.
Evito di dilungarmi sul pessimo trattamento ricevuto nel post assistenza. Una rondine non farà primavera (come mi è stato fatto presente) ma mi sembrava doveroso condividere la mia esperienza.
*Interessante poi notare come dopo 4 giorni (non subito) viene messa riposta al commento (vedere sotto) e dove viene detto che il danno è accidentale "in maniera dogmatica" e si parla di "buona fede dei clienti". Non ho accettato lo sconto che mi è stato offerto subito proprio per la buona fede e perché non mi ritengo soddisfatto della "qualità" e non vorrei ricapitare nella stessa situazione dopo ulteriori 3 giorni.
Seeing positive reviews (alas' later verified in reality to be almost all very very dated) I went confidently to this exercise to repair the display of my iphone. After an initial delay due to the delivery of the parts necessary for the repair, I received assistance on Friday 26 February 2021. Monday 1 March morning in the office outside Rome I notice that the display repaired 2 days before had a small crack at the top that has stretched within 2 days. Having contacted the operator today, I would like to point out the situation, saying that no accidental damage has occurred and that therefore, please, a new replacement is provided at no additional cost. The answer was that the insurance does not cover accidental damage and therefore I would have to repay the work all over again ... too bad there was no accidental damage.
I avoid dwelling on the bad treatment received in the aftercare. A swallow will not spring (as I was told) but it seemed only right to share my experience.
* It is also interesting to note how after 4 days (not immediately) the comment is posted (see below) and where it is said that the damage is accidental "in a dogmatic way" and we speak of "good faith of the customers". I did not accept the discount that was offered to me immediately because of good faith and because I am not satisfied with the "quality" and I would not like to return to the same situation after another 3 days.
