★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho atteso 20 giorni dalla consegna del mio Huawei PSmart 2019 per verficare il guasto che impediva la ricarica. Durante la "lavorazione" un solo sms dopo che mi sono recato 10 volte in negozio e ho richiesto esplicitamente di aggiornarmi via sms. Nonostante non fossero in possesso dello strumento di diagnostica hanno comunque preso in gestione il dispositivo, dicono di aver verificato che c'è un problema di cui però disconoscono la natura, per riaverlo indietro ho dovuto pagare OBBLIGATORIAMENTE € 30. Mentre facevo presente il mio malcontento anche un signore ha fatto presente che la stessa situazione si è verificata per suo il Samsung. Mi è sembrato di capire che sono bravissimi per interventi sugli IPhone ma non sulle altre marche per le quali recuperano i € 30 anche senza dare un servizio

Although they did not have the diagnostic tool, they managed the device anyway, they say they have verified that there is a problem which, however, they do not recognize the nature, to get it back I had to pay € 30. WHEN I was talking about my discontent even a gentleman pointed out that the same situation occurred for his Samsung. I seemed to understand that they are very good for IPhone interventions but not for other brands for which they recover € 30 even without giving a service
