G	Giacomo Pagliocchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile, dopo aver spiegato il mio problema al telefono, l'assistente "certificato", dall'inizio con aria scocciata, non ha avuto interesse neanche a chiedere più informazioni riguardo al problema che subito mi da come unica soluzione il ripristino cancellando la memoria del dispositivo, nonostante ci fossero altre soluzioni. Fortunatamente un altro centro assistenza ha seguito il mio problema con attenzione dandomi più soluzioni appropriate. Terrible experience, after explaining my problem on the phone, the "certified" assistant, from the beginning with an annoyed air, was not even interested in asking for more information about the problem that immediately gives me the only solution to restore by deleting the memory of the device, although there were other solutions. Fortunately another service center followed my problem carefully and gave me more appropriate solutions.

Senza dover andare fino ad un centro commerciale con negozio Apple e fila incredibile! Always professional, precise and punctual. Mi sono recata stamattina perchè il mio IPHONE XR non si accendeva più, l’ho lasciato li per due orette per farlo verificare, mi inviano un messaggio dicendo che il problema fosse dato a causa dei liquidi interni e non potevano farci nulla. Mi hanno proposto di sostituirlo con uno “nuovo” al prezzo di 430€ ovviamente ho rifiutato.. Per una seconda opinione l’ho portato ad un altro centro assistenza e stranamente li sono riusciti a farlo ed ho pagato solamente 75€..o sono incompetenti o cercavano di farti sganciare più soldi ??‍♀️Chiedete sempre una seconda opinione prima di sostituirlo perchè magari dicono che è rotto ma in verità NO ? NOT RECOMMENDED! I went this morning because my IPHONE XR no longer turned on, I left it there for two hours to have it checked, they send me a message saying that the problem was due to internal fluids and they couldn't do anything about it. I was offered to replace it with a "new" one at the price of € 430 of course I refused .. For a second opinion I took him to another service center and strangely they managed to do it and I paid only € 75 .. either they are incompetent or they were trying to get you more money ??‍♀️ Always ask for a second opinion before replacing it because maybe they say it's broken but actually NO ?

Ho letto diverse recensioni negative e magari sono stato solo fortunato in questi 11 anni, ma personalmente mi son sempre trovato davanti ad assistenti simpatici e preparati. L'ultimo incontro è stato proprio questa mattina: una pallina di silicio si era incastrata nell'entrata jack del mio MacBook Pro. Uno degli assistenti si è messo subito al lavoro, ha rimosso la pallina e mi ha fatto anche verificare che la porta jack funzionasse. Come spesso accaduto da quando li conosco, non hanno voluto soldi. Aggiungo un dettaglio non da poco: indossavano tutti una mascherina e c'era il disinfettante, cosa che ormai comincia a diventare una rarità qui a Roma. Consigliatissimo. Since 2010 I have been passing by this shop to get my Mac fixed. I have read several negative reviews and maybe I was just lucky in these 11 years, but personally I have always found myself in front of nice and prepared assistants. The last meeting was just this morning: a silicon ball got stuck in the jack of my MacBook Pro. One of the assistants immediately got to work, removed the ball and also made me check that the jack port it worked. As has often been the case for as long as I've known them, they didn't want any money. I add a notable detail: they all wore a mask and there was disinfectant, which is now starting to become a rarity here in Rome. Highly recommended.

Che dire, sempre pronti, gentili e disponibili a risolverti qualsiasi problema legato al mondo Apple. Hanno sia il punto vendita che il centro assistenza e questo fa davvero la differenza tra uno store dove non sei che un compratore. Da loro sei veramente "il cliente" e anche i computer Apple perfortuna si rompono di rado, si ricordano sempre di te. Flaminia Computer a fixed point of reference in my working life.
