Bellissima villa sia esternamente nel parco che all'interno sia per l'architettura che per la pulizia e l'ordine...personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo come lacation per eventi speciali.
Beautiful villa both externally in the park and inside both for the architecture and for the cleanliness and order ... kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended as a lacation for special events.

Ambiente assolutamente perfetto x cerimonie.
Absolutely perfect setting for ceremonies. The host is an exquisite and very professional person, surrounded by colleagues at the height of any situation. The park has a centuries-old plane tree that can only be at the center of wonderful photos.Barbara, the wedding planner is very good !! Thank you for welcoming us and making us feel important

Disappointment as hotel. When we arrived, the place looked so amazing that we thought we had made a bargain. It did not take long for us to realise that we haven't. Service is just about average and rather disorganised. Breakfast is alright in choice and quality for a 3 star hotel, but little attention is paid to refilling. Many small details could be improved, like no Wi-Fi reception in room, no rack to put a suitcase, shades not closing. Towels and linen are changed every three days, which I totally support, but we had a tiny soap bar for three days _ the last day the cleaner put it on toilet paper so we could continue using it. Walls between rooms are paper thin, and one morning at 7 the cleaner started moving chairs and tables in adjacent meeting room, woke us up despite hotel rules against making noise before 9 am. The last event was that we were asked to pay again at check out, until someone found proof that we had paid... Any of these details can fail anywhere, but if they all happen together, it makes you wonder.

The location is idyllic... A sweet little town in the foothills of the Italian Alps, and lots of castelos in the vicinity, plus a beautiful old church (old - as in built before Columbus sailed) dedicated to mother's and children within walking distance. The lodge is a timeless old Italian Villa with beautiful trees and a sweet pool. Breakfast was a delicious assortment of baked treats and cheeses. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. So you're wondering why 3 stars. It's the people...they are nice enough but it felt forced. I never felt truly like a welcomed guest...a bit like I was causing them work rather than being hosted by folks who love having guests. The spirit didn't feel as generous as one would desire as a guest.
