★ ★ ★ ★ ★ הגענו ללא קבוצה. מטיילים עצמאיים.
מקום יפה, ריהוט חדש.
האוכל מוגש בשירות אישי. ביום הראשון היה סביר, ארוחת הבוקר ביום השני הייתה מעולה. פנקייק, חביתות, סלטים, גבינות קשות, פוקאצ'ה, ועוד. הכל בבר מעוצב.
יש גם דגני בוקר לילדים.
יש להקפיד על זמני הארוחות כפי שכתוב. הגענו ב 20 דקות איחור, תאמנו מראש עם משגיח הכשרות שאמר שזה בסדר, אך זה לא עזר. היינו צריכים להתחנן לקבל אוכל (אין בסביבה אוכל כשר). בסוף הביאו לנו שאריות של אוכל שהוגש קר, עם קערה של פסטה עם עוף חמה. היה טעים אך נשארנו עם הרגשה לא נעימה.
בנוסף, המקום היה ריק יחסית, עבד על חצי קלאץ', כאילו עושים לנו טובה שנותנים לנו קצת שירות (הבר סגור, מכונת הקפה סגורה וכו').
עוד משהו: הזמנו מראש דרך האתר ואשת הקשר בישראל מיטת תינוק. ווידאנו שוב שאכן תהיה מיטת תינוק. הגענו ובלילה הראשון לא ישנו כמעט, כי לא היה מיטת תינוק...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati a far visita al santuario, al rientro abbiamo scelto questo ristorante. Prezzi buoni vista la posizione. Molte scelte, I primi variano dai 8 ai 12 euro, i secondi dagli 8 ai 16 euro. 16 euro sono per la Tagliata. Quindi niente di anormale. Servizio molto veloce, porzioni abbandonati e ottime, tiramisù super, locale molto curato. Da ritornarci
 We went to visit the sanctuary, on our return we chose this restaurant. Good prices given the location. Many choices, the first ranging from 8 to 12 euros, the second from 8 to 16 euros. 16 euros are for the Tagliata. So nothing abnormal. Very fast service, abandoned and excellent portions, super tiramisu, well-kept place. To go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo hotel di piccole dimensioni, con piscina,camere moderne di dimensioni confortevoli e sala colazione attrezzata. Dal paese partono molti sentieri per piacevoli escursioni oppure tramite auto si può raggiungere la riviere del Garda con i suoi parchi e le altre attrazioni
Very good small hotel with swimming pool, modern comfortable sized rooms and equipped breakfast room. From the village there are many paths for pleasant excursions or by car you can reach the riviere del Garda with its parks and other attractions.

L'hotel si presenta come 4 stelle ma in realtà abbiamo trovato molti limiti nei servizi considerato un 4 stelle. Le camere pur essendo moderne non hanno un set di cortesia adeguato (solo sapone e una busta generica shampoo/bagnoschiuma ) la doccia separata dal bagno non ha nulla per appendere e quindi si è obbligati a denudarsi in camera, mancano appendi asciugamani e lavandino in camera separato dall'area wc e bidè. Tv molto bella ma pochi canali. Un grande handicap è la mancanza di una sala comune dove ritrovarsi o soggiornare dopo le 20.30 quindi siamo stati costretti ad andare in camera anziche fare chiacchiere dopo cena con gli amici con cui condividevamo il viaggio.
Mi aiguro in estate l'hotel sia presidiato meglio. Prezzo elevato per gli standar qualitativi offerti (1 notte 110 euro)
Colazione buona ma cappuccino e caffè con distributore selfservice.
Some limitations
The hotel looks like 4 stars but in reality we found many limitations in the services considered a 4 stars. The rooms, despite being modern, do not have adequate courtesy sets (only soap and a generic shampoo / shower gel bag) the shower separated from the bathroom has nothing to hang up and therefore you are forced to strip naked in the room, there is no hanger and sink in the room separated from the toilet and bidet area. Very nice tv but few channels. A big handicap is the lack of a common room where to meet or stay after 8.30 pm so we were forced to go to our room instead of chatting after dinner with friends with whom we shared the trip.
In the summer I want the hotel to be better manned. High price for the quality standards offered (1 night 110 euros)
Good breakfast but cappuccino and coffee with self-service dispenser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel ristrutturato di recente, molto accogliente e pulito. Stanze ampie e dotate di tutti i comfort. Prima colazione internazionale con ampia scelta. Abbiamo usufruito della cena presso un ristorante convenzionato attiguo, anch'esso di buona qualità. Servizio reception ed accoglienza eccezionali. Super consigliato per vacanze estive dedicate al trekking o per la visita al santuario della Madonna della corona. Splendida anche la vista sul lago di Garda.
Recently refurbished hotel, very welcoming and clean. Large rooms equipped with all comforts. International breakfast with a wide choice. We enjoyed dinner at a nearby partner restaurant, which was also of good quality. Exceptional reception service and welcome. Super recommended for summer holidays dedicated to trekking or to visit the sanctuary of the Madonna della Corona. The view of Lake Garda is also splendid.
