Per quanto riguarda le pietanze credo che sul buffet degli antipasti non ci sia nulla di negativo da dire: ogni tipo di cibo da carne a pesce e da ginger food a una grande varietà di affettati e formaggi, davvero tutto delizioso. Unica pecca della serata sono state le pietanze all'interno della struttura che, svalutate in un certo senso dall'antipasto sostanzioso, sono parse meno gustose. Serata conclusa con un bel assortito set di dolci. Il servizio si è dimostrato molto disponibile ad ogni tipo di richiesta ed eventuale problema. Si, ritornerei a Borgo Saverona.
