a	alberto zuccalà on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bella curata. ottimo luogo da visitare. gentile e disponibile anche il ragazzo che lavora al chiosco dove si può prendere un caffè. un bel luogo d'incontro. beautifully cared for. great place to visit. the guy who works at the kiosk where you can have a coffee is also kind and helpful. a nice meeting place.

Si può andare a prendere il fresco, bere o mangiare qualcosa al chiosco all'interno, e fare una passeggiata con i bambini. Good idea but, unfortunately, a bit let go .. The plates with the names of the plants are missing as a classic botanical garden should be. You can go get some fresh air, have a drink or something to eat at the kiosk inside, and go for a walk with the children.
A	Asia Giuliani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA GESTIONE Giovedì abbiamo aspettato trenta minuti qualcuno che venisse ad aprire il cancello ma alla fine nessuno è arrivato e io e altre cinquanta persone abbiamo aspettato in vano. Sul cancello era citato l'orario di apertura alle 16,00. Che tristezza che gli spazi destinati ai turisti e non siano gestiti con tanta poca cura verso la città di Nardò. Spero che le cose migliorino. BAD MANAGEMENT On Thursday we waited thirty minutes for someone to come and open the gate but in the end no one came and I and fifty other people waited in vain. On the gate was mentioned the opening time at 16.00. How sad that the spaces intended for tourists and are not managed with so little care towards the city of Nardò. I hope things get better.
F	Francesco Diana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa immersa nel verde, appena si entra trovi un chiosco ben rifornito, puoi trovare bevande alcoliche e analcoliche, patatine, gelato, ecc.. a prezzi giusti, ci sono panchine per sedersi, si può andare in compagnia dei nostri amici a quattro zampe, bello da andarci con famiglia e amici, un bel posto lo consiglio vivamente!!!? Villa surrounded by greenery, as soon as you enter you will find a well-stocked kiosk, you can find alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, chips, ice cream, etc. at fair prices, there are benches to sit, you can go in the company of our four-legged friends, nice to go there with family and friends, a nice place highly recommend !!! ?

Non siamo potuti entrare per via degli uffici, ma la veduta dall'esterno era veramente notevole Beautiful municipal villa in the castle of Nardò next to the botanical garden. Vanta una vegetazione molto varia composta da piante tropicali come palme, agave, jucche, cameropi; alcune dei climi freddi come felci, abeti, araucarie, camelie arboree, rododendri ed anche piante tipiche dei climi temperati come rose, cactus e gelsomini. Si visita percorrendo i sentieri che attraversano una superficie di 4 mila metri quadrati in cui convivono queste specie molto diverse. Al centro della Villa si trova anche un grazioso tempietto sorretto da sei colonne, con un pavimento maiolicato con tonalità turchesi in cui sono raffigurate le virtù e il riposo dopo il trionfo, realizzato dalla premiata Manifattura Paladini. La Villa è attrezzata con illuminazione e panchine e ospita la celebrazione di matrimoni civili, eventi musicali e di carattere artistico e culturale. Adjacent to the Acquaviva Castle, the Municipal Villa of Nardò houses a nineteenth-century botanical garden of great historical and naturalistic value, one of the oldest in Salento. It boasts a very varied vegetation made up of tropical plants such as palms, agave, jucche, cameropi; some of the cold climates such as ferns, firs, araucarias, tree camellias, rhododendrons and also plants typical of temperate climates such as roses, cacti and jasmine. You can visit it along the paths that cross an area of 4 thousand square meters in which these very different species live together. At the center of the Villa there is also a graceful temple supported by six columns, with a tiled floor with turquoise tones depicting the virtues and rest after the triumph, created by the award-winning Manifattura Paladini. The Villa is equipped with lighting and benches and hosts the celebration of civil weddings, musical and artistic and cultural events.

Plants are healthy and evidence of the care someone is giving them .There is a lovely domed gazebo with a superb tiled floor. Altogether a lovely place to sit and have your lunch or chat in quiet serenity and it’s free too .
