Possibilità di acquistare prodotti biologici in loco. Ho assaggiato il miele, le marmellate e i capperi (tutto biologico) e sono davvero ottimi prodotti. Davvero una bella esperienza. Kind and cordial; being an educational farm there are activities suitable for everyone, from the youngest to the adults. Possibility to buy organic products on site. I tasted honey, jams and capers (all organic) and they are really excellent products. A really good experience.

Molto interessante tutta la struttura con annessa chiesetta. È un luogo che consiglio,sarete ricevuti dalla cordialità, la gentilezza, l'accoglienza familiare della proprietaria e famiglia. Sono andata con mia figlia di due anni e ad altri bambini della sua età e poco più accompagnati dai rispettivi genitori. Nell'intera area non abbiamo mai avuto la possibilità di muoverci liberamente, eravamo controllati a vista e c'erano solo pochissimi animali da fattoria (un maiale 3 capre e qualche gallina). Il momento del pranzo è stato un caos totale, sicuramente non erano preparati a ricevere bambini di quell'età ; senza parlare della quantità del cibo, abbiamo pagato un tot a testa che ci avevano detto comprendeva sia la merenda che il pranzo, ma la "merenda" compresa erano solo gli assaggini per sponsorizzare i loro prodotti che non erano neanche indicati per i bambini, e invece tutto quello che i bambini potevano mangiare si pagava a parte compresa l'acqua ?. Per il pranzo senza dilungarmi dico solo che è stato peggio ancora. Forse ero io ad avere più aspettative ma sono rimasta molto delusa non ritornerò sicuramente e neanche lo consiglierò ad altri. Before going there I read some reviews on the internet and I expected a lot more. I went with my two-year-old daughter and other children her age and little more accompanied by their parents. In the whole area we never had the chance to move freely, we were controlled in sight and there were only very few farm animals (a pig 3 goats and a few chickens). Lunch time was total chaos, surely they were not prepared to receive children of that age; without talking about the quantity of food, we paid a tot each for what they had told us included both the snack and the lunch, but the "snack" included was only the tasters to sponsor their products that were not even indicated for children, and instead everything the children could eat was paid separately, including water ?. For lunch, without saying anything, I only say that it was worse. Maybe it was me who had more expectations but I was very disappointed I will certainly not return and I will not even recommend it to others.

Mi ha fatto piacere conoscere, in quella.occasione, una "realtà surreale"... solo tanta aria pura, uliveti secolari e il simpatico Peter che ci faceva da guida. Complimenti per la cura, l'attenzione e l'accoglienza della famiglia Carissimo. Consigliato. I've been to Villa Buontempo to a lecture given by Dr. Pagliara, exceptional person personally and professionally. I was pleased to know, on that occasion, a "surreal reality" ... only a lot of pure air, centuries-old olive groves and the nice Peter who was our guide. Congratulations for the care, attention and hospitality of the Carissimo family. Recommended.

Di tutte le masserie visitate durante quella occasione, mi colpì la dedizione, la cura e l'esperienza che manifestarono i proprietari nel raccontarci la storia della masseria e di tutti i luoghi e le attività legate ad essa, accuratamente conservate col passare del tempo. Mi sembrò, tra tutte, la più autentica e la più legata alla tradizione contadina. Da allora non ho più smesso di acquistare l'olio prodotto da loro, una vera delizia! Interessante e ben strutturata la sezione della masseria didattica: i bambini con tante attività a loro dedicate, imparano il rispetto per la natura e la cura degli animali. Consigliata! Già in prossimità del cancello intuisci che si tratta di un posto speciale: gli alberi centenari che si stagliano altissimi con le loro chiome superbe e la casa padronale color corallo che domina tra il verde. Ho conosciuto Claudia per caso sui social: aveva salvato da morte certa delle galline sfruttate e malconce provenienti a un allevamento intensivo: ho aderito alla causa e comprato agrumi per farle curare. Da quel giorno percorro 70 km ogni volta per acquistare agrumi, uova,miele ed ogni altra delizia prodotta a Villa Buontempo. E ne vale sempre la pena perché qualità e sapore di quelle delizie superano ogni aspettativa. E poi è sempre un piacere andare a trovare Claudia e passare del tempo in quell'oasi magnifica. Se non credete alle mie parole andate a Villa Buontempo: assaggiate i prodotti ma soprattutto guardate il sorriso radioso dei bambini alla fine di una giornata in masseria: vi assicuro che non vorrete più andar via di là. Il personale è gentile, attendo ai dettagli, i prodotti sono di eccellente qualità, biologici, “homemade” , fatti con prodotti della stessa azienda. Gli animali sono molto curati, tutti tolti dalle grinfie dei macelli o di una vita in gabbia; scelta etica di forte impatto emotivo ed educativo! Villa Buontempo is a charming place to get away from the routine. The staff is kind, I look after the details, the products are of excellent quality, organic, "homemade", made with products from the same company. The animals are well cared for, all taken from the clutches of slaughterhouses or a life in a cage; ethical choice with a strong emotional and educational impact! I highly recommend visiting this fantastic place, rich in culture, art, history and nature!

Giulia quando ha iniziato aveva ancora il pannolino. Il posto è splendido, immerso nella natura e con molti animali con cui i bambini vengono in contatto in modo naturale. Qui imparano a prendersene cura e a rispettarli. Si organizzano tante attività stimolanti per le diverse fasce di età (dal bambino più piccolo al più grande) tantissimi giochi e passeggiate alla scoperta del verde che circonda questa magnifica struttura. Non ci sono parole per descrivere la dedizione e l'amore che Claudia e il suo staff pongono in ciò che fanno. Sempre gentili e disponibili e con i bimbi ci sanno davvero fare. Per non parlare della cura che hanno nell'alimentazione. Cibo rigorosamente bio. Merende a base di spremuta e frutta fresca raccolta direttamente dalle piante del bellissimo frutteto. Villa Buontempo offre a tutti i bambini un percorso che li aiuta a crescere, a rispettare e apprezzare gli animali e la natura. Da vedere e da provare. For four years my children have been attending the Villa Buontempo summer camp, as well as having done other workshops during the year and the various festivals organized like that of Carnival. When Giulia started she still had a diaper. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and with many animals with which children come into contact in a natural way. Here they learn to care for and respect them. Many stimulating activities are organized for the different age groups (from the smallest child to the largest), lots of games and walks to discover the greenery that surrounds this magnificent structure. There are no words to describe the dedication and love that Claudia and her staff put into what they do. Always kind and helpful and with children they really know how to do it. Not to mention the care they have in nutrition. Strictly organic food. Snacks with juice and fresh fruit picked directly from the plants of the beautiful orchard. Villa Buontempo offers all children a path that helps them grow, respect and appreciate animals and nature. To see and to try.
