Wonderful winery with very good wine. We had a great, informative wine tasting and really enjoyed being here. The price performance ratio is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situata nella zona del valpolicella classico, la cantina “Vigneti di Ettore” è strettamente annessa all’agriturismo “Le Croibe”.
La cantina inizia il suo operato con il nonno Ettore che forniva le sue uve alla cantina sociale di valpolicella.
Solo negli ultimi anni, sotto la gestione del nipote Gabriele la cantina ha subito un cambio radicale. Si decide di non dare più le uve alla cantina sociale ma di tenersele per sé creano la cantina che prende il nome di “Vigneti di Ettore”.
La produzione affida interamente all’esperienza e alla collaborazione famigliare, al fine di produzione 7 etichette.
Si possono trovare i classici prodotti di questa meravigliosa territorio. Parliamo del valpolicella classico, classico superiore, passando per il loro ripasso, fino ad arrivare all’amarore; prodotto indiscusso di queste colline. Essi non si limitano a una produzione classica, ma hanno sviluppato un loro prodotto, più fresco di un amarone ma con la stessa longevità e complessità, quest’ultimo prende il nome di Arsi.
Located in the classic Valpolicella area, the "Vigneti di Ettore" winery is closely attached to the "Le Croibe" farmhouse.
The winery begins its work with grandfather Ettore who supplied his grapes to the valpolicella winery.
Only in recent years, under the management of his nephew Gabriele, the cellar has undergone a radical change. It was decided not to give the grapes to the winery anymore but to keep them for themselves they created the winery that takes the name of "Vigneti di Ettore".
The production relies entirely on experience and family collaboration, in order to produce 7 labels.
You can find the classic products of this wonderful territory. We are talking about the classic Valpolicella, the superior classic, passing through their review, up to the bitterness; undisputed product of these hills. They are not limited to a classic production, but have developed their own product, fresher than an amarone but with the same longevity and complexity, the latter taking the name of Arsi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile !!!! oggi ho trovato in frigo una bottihlia di Valpolicella ripasso superiore del 2004 . Non so come sia finita lì e per sbaglio l'ho aperta . Ormai è aperta quindi va assaggiata , dopo averla filtrata dal fondo e decantata si presenta come un vino molto vecchio e liquoroso , comunque gradevole e dignitoso ... peccato non averlo gustato nel 2004 ma mi rifarò comprendono una del 2021
Incredible !!!! today I found in the fridge a barrel of Valpolicella ripasso Superiore from 2004. I don't know how it got there and I accidentally opened it. It is now open so it should be tasted, after having filtered it from the bottom and decanted it looks like a very old and fortified wine, however pleasant and dignified ... shame not to have tasted it in 2004 but I will make up for a 2021
