 We did a wine tasting for a hen party. Very welcoming niche reality. Refined and unique wines. Hospitality and professionalism from Mr. Paolo, exceptional. It feels like being with family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paolo Zardini è unico, ogni sua parola emana profumi di amore verso la sua creatura vinicola. Passione, competenza, preparazione e cultura completano la sua figura. Mette in risalto vini nei quali riesce a coniugare struttura e ricchezza aromatica. Ho assaggiato un monovitigno Corvina, un vino elegante, seducente, e di grande bevibilità. Alla fine lascia una scia fruttata che lascia la bocca fresca ed appagata. Un sogno. Da visitare ogni volta che si decide di passare da San Floriano della Valpolicella.
Paolo Zardini is unique, his every word emanates scents of love for his wine-making creature. Passion, competence, preparation and culture complete his figure. It highlights wines in which it manages to combine structure and aromatic richness. I tasted a Corvina single grape variety, an elegant, seductive and very drinkable wine. At the end it leaves a fruity trail that leaves the mouth fresh and satisfied. A dream. To visit every time you decide to go to San Floriano della Valpolicella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato di recente questa cantina,ed essendo amante dei prodotti di nicchia e ricercati ho seguito i consigli di alcuni amici enologi. Sono rimasta meravigliata dalla competenza e affabilità di Paolo Zardini titolare della tenuta Chevalier.
I suoi preziosi consigli non ci hanno permesso solo di capire in profondità i suoi vini, ma ci ha dato gli elementi utili per essere critici ed obiettivi nei confronti di qualsiasi vino di altissima gamma. Le degustazioni alla cieca l'assaggio dei vini anonimi, il sapore del bicchiere vuoto e la degustazione del giorno dopo, insieme ad altre "chicche" , fornite nelle modalità esclusive della sua competenza, hanno educato tutta la nostra comitiva ad entrare nel magico mondo della Sapienza del vino. I recently visited this winery, and being a lover of niche and refined products, I followed the advice of some winemaker friends. I was amazed by the competence and affability of Paolo Zardini, owner of the Chevalier estate.
His valuable advice not only allowed us to understand his wines in depth, but also gave us the elements to be critical and objective towards any top-of-the-range wine. The blind tastings the tasting of anonymous wines, the taste of the empty glass and the tasting of the next day, together with other "goodies", provided in the exclusive ways of his competence, have educated our whole group to enter the magical world of Wisdom of wine.
