★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool place! Very modern. We did a wine tour for 20 euros. The hostess was very nice and showed us their modern winery including the art and symbols inside. Appearently we got lucky with the tasting as their showpony wine called Harlequin was currently in the tasting selection. See photo for other wines in the tasting. Yes all eight(!) wines were tried. And enjoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Recommend!! We had a fantastic visit today. Marco did an excellent job showing us the winery. We had an opportunity to get an insight into Zyme 's history and their growth into the modern era. The tour was filled with great information, from someone who is passionate about wine. Afterwards, we tasted 8 delicious wines, with the Amarone being one of our favorites. There was no pressure to buy. However, we did purchase several bottles. Book your tour now and enjoy some of the best wines in the Valpolicella area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I really enjoyed the tour of Zyme! Marco was an awesome tour guide and very knowledgeable. We had tasted 8 wines after the tour and they were so good we bought 4 bottles. I would love to go back and get some more. Kairos is one of my favorite wines that I've tried. Give them a visit and be sure to buy a few bottles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best friend and I had a private wine tasting tour. Marco is an excellent presenter and teacher. We went through the absolutely stunning wine cellar, he explained everything, and then tasted 8 perfect wines, comparing and discussing them. There was a small hiccup with the reservation so as a compensation we could stay longer as well as taste two more very expensive wines. lovely service, beautiful building, amazing cellars, delicious wine, great experience. I recommend.
Ps. Be mindful of busses, ours didn’t come for the way back to Verona, so we had to wait a bit more for the next one.
