Il colore rosso intenso, profondo ed austero, con sfumature granato. Il profumo spicca per le note tipiche di prugna, di ciliegia e di marasca alle quali segue una grande varietà di toni di frutta secca, foglia di thè, liquirizia e spezie.
ABBINAMENTO
Si può abbinare a carni rosse, a cacciagione e a formaggi stagionati ma è anche un perfetto compagno alla fine del pasto e nella meditazione ?
 This exceptional Amarone Classico Bertani is a timeless wine. Amarone comes from #Corvina and #Rondinella grapes grown on the hills of Tenuta Novare, in the heart of the #Valpolicella Classica, in vineyards dedicated only to grapes for drying.
The intense red color, deep and austere, with garnet hues. The scent stands out for the typical notes of plum, cherry and morello cherry followed by a great variety of tones of dried fruit, tea leaf, licorice and spices.
PAIRING
It can be combined with red meats, game and aged cheeses but it is also a perfect companion at the end of the meal and in meditation ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono andato da Bertani Domains società, non è un cantina da tutti i giorni, ci sono vini pregiati ma non per tutte le tasche, quindi a meno che non ci sia una ricorrenza speciale, io non ci andrò più mi riservo la critica sul Soave da me acquistato perchè vorrei essere certo della composizione (solfiti+o-).
I went to Bertani Domains company, it is not an everyday winery, there are fine wines but not for all budgets, so unless there is a special occasion, I will not go there anymore I reserve the criticism on the Soave da bought me because I would like to be sure of the composition (sulphites + o-).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A visit here is a step into the history of wine making in the region. They have original barrels from 130 years ago. Their Amarone cellar has bottles back to 1940 that we saw. Worth the trip, Michaela was excellent and enjoyed tasting so many wines that we not exported, and learned of those made for export only! Don't miss this experience.
