R	Roberto Rapagnetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sento costretto a fare questo tipo di recensione, ho prenotato la macchina su discovercars , al prezzo di 46.92 euro, mi era stato detto che pur non avendo la carta di credito non c'erano particolari problemi. Ho dovuto pagare obbligatoriamente 26 euro di casco al giorno, lasciare 250 euro di caparra. Morale della favola il costo dell'auto per 3 giorni è stato di 160 euro. Ho ridato la macchina con più carburante del previsto e lavata sia internamente che esternamente, altrimenti mi sarebbero stati addebitati 8/9euro per il lavaggio. Della caparra data ovvero 250 euro me ne sono stati restituiti 245, ed ecco magicamente scomparsi altri 5 euro. Credo che sia un atteggiamento poco serio dire tutti questi costi al cliente il giorno prima di partire, personalmente se avessi saputo prima avrei optato sicuramente per altre soluzione, purtroppo dovevo partire e sono stato costretto. I feel compelled to do this type of review, I booked the car on discovercars, at the price of 46.92 euros, I was told that even though I didn't have a credit card, there were no particular problems. I had to pay 26 euros for the helmet per day, leaving 250 euros as a deposit. Moral of the story the cost of the car for 3 days was 160 euros. I returned the car with more fuel than expected and washed both internally and externally, otherwise I would have been charged 8/9 euros for washing. Of the deposit given or 250 euros, 245 were returned to me, and another 5 euros magically disappeared. I think it is not a serious attitude to tell all these costs to the customer the day before leaving, personally if I had known before I would have definitely opted for other solutions, unfortunately I had to leave and I was forced.

Da premettere che alle persone giusto davanti a me sono stati attribuiti altri due graffi. Non mi vedranno più... Two scratches on the rim of a wheel (which in brackets will never be repaired, they will just put an extra cross on the check in design) I was charged 356 euros. It should be noted that the people right in front of me have been attributed two more scratches. They won't see me anymore ...
N	Nokki Stanza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie mehr. Never ever! Habe im März ein Auto angemietet. Vorab gebucht und Anzahlung geleistet. Bei Ankunft durfte ich dann erst einmal über 1,5 Stunden warten! Bekommen habe ich ein Auto aus einer anderen Kategorie! Das Auto war weniger als Vollgetankt und die Fenster waren dreckig. Bei Abgabe war das Büro geschlossen obwohl es laut Zeiten hätte offen sein sollen (es war 8:35). Auch der Anruf wurde nicht erwidert. Der Parkplatz ist extrem eng, dreckig und weit entfernt. Zwischen Abstellen des Autos und Ankunft des Personals (keine Ahnung wann die dann angekommen sind, die eMail stammte von 12:49!!!!!!) hat wohl jemand einen Schaden verursacht. Beweisen kann ich nichts, aber zwischen 8:35 und 12:45 ist EXTREM viel Zeit! Mir wurde das natürlich in Rechnung gestellt. NIE MEHR WIEDER VIAGGIARE! Lasst die Finger weg von denen! Auch auf emails antworten die nicht mehr, sie haben ja ihr Geld. No more. Never ever! Rented a car in March. Booked in advance and deposit paid. When I arrived I had to wait over 1.5 hours! I got a car from a different category! The car had less than a full tank of fuel and the windows were dirty. At the time of delivery, the office was closed, although according to the times it should have been open (it was 8:35). The call was not returned either. The parking lot is extremely narrow, dirty and far away. Between parking the car and the arrival of the staff (I have no idea when they arrived, the e-mail was from 12:49 p.m.!!!!!!) someone caused damage. I can't prove anything, but between 8:35 and 12:45 is EXTREMELY much time! Of course I was billed for that. NO MORE VIAGGIARE! Keep your hands off them! They don't answer emails either, they have their money.
V	Valeria De Bacco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato un'auto per il weekend e ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia per quanto riguarda gli aspetti burocratici che con la vettura, in linea con quanto noleggiato (auto pulita e funzionale alle nostre necessità). L'aspetto che però ci ha piacevolmente stupiti è stata la gentilezza di Antonio, che ci ha aiutato nel nostro viaggio ben al di là di quanto dovuto per il noleggio: una cortesia che non ha prezzo e che ci spinge a consigliarlo a tutti! We hired a car for the weekend and we found ourselves very well, both as regards the bureaucratic aspects and with the car, in line with what we rented (clean car and functional to our needs). The aspect that pleasantly surprised us, however, was the kindness of Antonio, who helped us in our journey far beyond what we should for the rental: a courtesy that is priceless and that pushes us to recommend it to everyone!

I payed 196€ for 6 days from Viaggiare Rent through Rentalcars.com (I didn't decide to get the insurance for around 70€). Went from around the airport to pick it up in Pescara Downtown just to find out they don't have cars there and...I need to go to the airport. I didn't have a credit card so they said I need to pay 222€ extra insurance (triple the 70€ from Rentalcars.com) because otherwise they won't give me the car. Also that I cannot cancel and can't get a refund. So either I pay 418€ in total or I loose 196€ ? It's fine they need security and have it in their terms and conditions they require a credit card, but it sucks they are not helpful and not willing to cancel and refund when I haven't even seen the car I was supposed to rent. That's bad customer service and a bad experience. Rentalcars.com on the other hand were very helpful and said they can refund a half of this price and I can send a claim to request a full refund.

Antonio and Salvatore are simply amazing, very helpful and professional. Answered all our queries prior to coming to Italy, dealt with us on arrival and even gave us a lift to the car park which was extremely kind considering the high temperature. I would definitely recommend Viaggiare Rent.

Tried to charge me a fortune for extra insurance just because the car was new. Definitely better options in Pescara. Look elsewhere!
