★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abholung ging reibungslos über die Bühne, auch wenn man durch Baustellen ca. 200m bis zum Parkplatz laufen muss. Die Dame am Schalter war sehr nett und hat einwandfreies Englisch gesprochen, was in diesem Teil von Italien definitiv Seltenheitswert hat.
Wir hatten extra die Kompaktklasse gebucht um dem Fiat 500 aus dem Weg zu gehen, bekommen haben wir allerdings einen Fiat 500L, also die große Variante. Der Wagen hatte 16tkm auf der Uhr und trug dementsprechend seine in Italien obligatorische Kampfspuren. Ansonsten war der Wagen einwandfrei und anscheinend ist es fast unmöglich etwas anderes als einen Fiat zu bekommen bei diesem Vermieter.
Negativ sei zu erwähnen dass wir im Vorfeld nicht in Erfahrung bringen konnten wie hoch die geblockte Kaution ausfällt. Auf dem Voucher werden sowohl 800 als auch 1.800€ angegeben. Schlussendlich wurden aber nur 200€ geblockt. Da es für uns mit einigem Aufwand verbunden war so viel Geld auf die Kreditkarte im Vorfeld zu buchen obwohl es schlussendlich nicht benötigt wurde, und wegen den optischen Mängeln des Wagens, gibt es nur 4 Sterne.
Collection went smoothly, even if you have to walk about 200m to the parking lot through construction sites. The lady at the counter was very nice and spoke perfect English, which is definitely a rarity in this part of Italy.
We had specially booked the compact class to get out of the way of the Fiat 500, but we did get a Fiat 500L, i.e. the large version. The car had 16tkm on the clock and accordingly bore its marks of combat, which are mandatory in Italy. Otherwise the car was perfect and apparently it is almost impossible to get anything other than a Fiat from this rental company.
On the negative side it should be mentioned that we could not find out in advance how high the blocked deposit would be. Both 800 and 1,800 € are stated on the voucher. In the end, however, only € 200 were blocked. Because it took a lot of effort for us to book so much money on the credit card in advance, although it was ultimately not needed, and because of the visual defects of the car, there are only 4 stars.

Innanzitutto l'aeroporto di Pescara è un disastro, la disorganizzazione totale da anni, non si riesce persino a capire dove sia la cassa per pagare il parcheggio. C'è solo un bar apertoa il resto da anni abbandonato. Dopo i controllic non c'è più nullan...nel desk Maggiore non c'è mai nessuno, puoi attendere anche 10 minuti fino a capire che è lo stesso della Avis. Vai alla avis e l'omino finalmente si sposta alla desk maggiore. La riconsegna poi è ancora peggio. Alla consegna dell'auto non c'è nessuno, i cartelli per la consegna dell'auto sono nascosti dalla vegetazione, gli unici uomini presenti sul posto ti dicono che l'omino della Maggiore sta all'interno dell'aeroporto, vai all'aerporto e l'omino ( sempre seduto al desk avis!!!) Ti dice che devi tornare al parcheggio perché devono fare la riconsegna. ALLUCINANTE. Ho consegnato le chiavi schifato, fatto le foto alla macchina visto che l'aereo partiva e me ne sins andato. Mi immagino che pensino gli stranieri..... Un servizio da schifo, personale totalmente menefreghista
Hallucinating.
First of all, Pescara airport is a disaster, total disorganization for years, it is not even possible to understand where the cash desk is to pay for parking. There is only one bar that has been open and the rest has been abandoned for years. After the controllicks there is no longer any nullan ... in the Maggiore desk there is never anyone, you can wait even 10 minutes until you understand that it is the same as Avis. Go to the avis and the little man finally moves to the main desk. The return is even worse. At the delivery of the car there is no one, the signs for the delivery of the car are hidden by the vegetation, the only men present on the spot tell you that the little man of the Maggiore is inside the airport, go to the airport and the little man (still sitting at the avis desk !!!) tells you that you have to go back to the parking lot because they have to return. Hallucinating. I handed over the keys in disgust, took pictures of the car as the plane was leaving and I left. I imagine that foreigners think ..... A disgusting service, totally indifferent staff
