β β β β β Ho prenotato su carflexy, dove hanno ritirato tranquillamente β¬80 dalla mia carta prepagata, vado due gg prima, per vedere il da farsi, e oltre alle semplici direttive non ho avuto quella piΓΉ importante, che ti rilasciano l'auto solo con la carta di credito nemmeno quella di debito. Quindi dovevo ritirare l'auto per prendere il traghetto il gg stesso, quindi niente auto e alla mia domanda del pagamento giΓ trattenuto, mi hanno detto che ci dovevo pensare io... cosΓ¬ ho fatto ma per l'ennesima volta non mi hanno detto che se passa l'orario del ritiro il sito tiene i soldi giΓ prepagati.... una pessima esperienza... soprattutto mancanza di dialogo con il cliente, dicono lo stretto necessario, e a malapena ti guardano in viso quando ci parli... gli addetti alle auto Fabio e Maurizio contrariamente hanno cercato in tutti modi di aiutarci rendendosi al massimo della disponibilitΓ e comprendendo il disagio avvenuto. Sconsiglio comunque...
I booked on carflexy, where they quietly withdrew β¬ 80 from my prepaid card, I go two days before, to see what to do, and in addition to the simple directives I did not have the most important one, they only issue the car with the card credit not even that of debt. So I had to pick up the car to take the ferry on the same day, so no car and at my request for the payment already withheld, they told me that I had to take care of it ... so I did but for the umpteenth time they didn't tell me that if the pick-up time passes, the site keeps the money already prepaid .... a bad experience ... especially lack of dialogue with the customer, they say what is strictly necessary, and they hardly look you in the face when you talk to them ... the car attendants Fabio and Maurizio, on the other hand, tried in every way to help us making the most of their availability and understanding the inconvenience that occurred. I do not recommend anyway ...

purtroppo il mio Noleggio auto e stato molto peggio di quello che mi aspettavo.
Riepilogo costi:
Euro 265.00 prenotazione online.
Euro 435.68 costo autonoleggio cambio veicolo.
Euro 198.85 graffio al cerchio.
Euro 643,53 fattura finale.
Totale importo detratto dalla mia carta di credito a fine noleggio
Euro 1543.68 per 13 giorni di noleggio.
ho noleggiato una Fiat 500 L
e non una Ferrari.
Ho fatto reclamo, dopo 3 settimane di attesa, l'unica cosa che mi hanno detto Γ© che gli dispiace perΓ² non possono effettuare rimborsi.
La mia esperienza con AVIS - Budget e stata veramente pessima.Β E non la consiglio a nessuno, se avete soldi in piΓΉ sulla carta spendeteli diversamente.
Worst Car Hire.
unfortunately my car rental was much worse than I expected.
Cost summary:
Euro 265.00 online booking.
Euro 435.68 cost of car rental vehicle change.
Euro 198.85 scratch on the rim.
643.53 euros final bill.
Total amount deducted from my credit card at the end of the rental
Euro 1543.68 for 13 days of rental.
I rented a Fiat 500 L
and not a Ferrari.
I made a complaint, after 3 weeks of waiting, the only thing they told me is that they are sorry but they cannot make refunds.
My experience with AVIS - Budget was really bad. And I don't recommend it to anyone, if you have extra money on paper, spend it differently.

Se lo avessero detto sarei arrivato prima dell'orario di chiusura!
On Google their schedule is continued, but in reality it is not! I waited an hour to collect a booked car!
If they had said I would have arrived before closing time!

β β β β β Good service and price but some problems about the snow chains.
In Italy, if didnβt have the snow chains a board you risk a penalty.
Please provide all your cars with the snow chains or the termic tyres.
The customer donβt need ask the snow chains but the Europe Union forced you to respect the rules.
Avis for few euros more,donβt play with the lives.

Rented a car from Avis Pescara (IT) in nov 2021. We paid double to have the full insurance.

Last day we went to Passo Luciano. In our way back, we had a flat tire and no spare tire in the trunk. The flat tire didn't have a small nail hole, it was actually disintegrated. Avis did not offer any assistance, we took a taxi to the airport and paid for taxi ourselves. Got the car keys back to Avis desk, at the airport. The person at the desk was uninterested and rude.
I wrote to Avis on 11/30/2021, no answer and no refund yet.
