Prenotazione di un’auto sostitutiva tramite Europ Assistance all’aeroporto di Pescara per un giorno festivo. Non è stato possibile ritirare l’auto. Box chiuso. Telefono cellulare e telefono fisso che squillano all’interno del box e quindi inutili. Brutta esperienza!!!
Reservation of a replacement car through Europ Assistance at Pescara airport for a public holiday. It was not possible to collect the car. Closed box. Mobile phone and landline phone that ring inside the box and therefore useless. Bad experience!!!

Sono a Pescara per provare l'hotel prenotato per il mese di agosto e ho prenotato online per 5 giorni presso locatuo un auto all'aeroporto. Arrivati al banco c'è stato un problema con la carta di credito la stessa che ho usato per il pagamento online (postapay evolution con circuito mastercard) solo perché non era stampato il nome sulla carta. Abbiamo avviato la procedura per il rimborso e dopo 2 giorni abbiamo ricevuto una mail che diceva che non avremmo ricevuto nessun rimborso. Posso capire che ci possa essere stato un errore da parte mia ma trattenere tutta la cifra del noleggio anziché una piccola penale mi sembra un furto. Meno male che è successo adesso per una cifra di meno di 200€ così per agosto che devo spendere dai 1500 ai 2000€ mi affiderò ad altri autonoleggio ed anche il noleggio a lungo termine che avevo richiesto per la mia ditta per settembre cambierà strada. Complimenti locauto avete fatto proprio un ottimo affare continuate così
I am in Pescara to try out the hotel booked for the month of August and I booked a car online for 5 days at the airport. Arriving at the counter there was a problem with the credit card I used for online payment (postapay evolution with mastercard circuit) only because the name was not printed on the card. We started the refund process and after 2 days we received an email saying that we would not receive any refunds. I can understand that there may have been a mistake on my part but withholding the entire rental amount instead of a small penalty seems to me a theft. Luckily it has happened now for a sum of less than € 200 so for August that I have to spend between € 1500 and € 2000 I will entrust myself to other car rentals and also the long-term rental that I had requested for my company for September will change direction. Congratulations locauto you got a great deal keep up the good work

We’ve been to Italy in September. Today is December and they wanted to charge my card account without any contact (50 euro). It isn’t acceptable.

5 stars to this particular location,without any doubt.3 or 4 people were in the office and they each lent a hand with my rental contract. I initially opted for a class C vehicle,via Ryanair platform but it turns out that we are 5 people in the Pescara trip.So,I urge Mario,the front desk on call,for an upgrade.No upgrades available until that evening. But I had so much to do in my first day... After 2 minutes,he gets an ok from the Manager and he upgrades me to a crossover SuV,at a rate that I thought was acceptable. Parking lot,expedite check out of that SUV,he checked me in,and I was a go.They invited me to drop by the office if I had ‘slipped’ anything,as I was in a hurry.It was not the case. I droped the car off while the office was out of hours,using their instructions and dropbox,and I received the email that I had been checked out as per our initial understanding and rate. Usually I use Avis,but I think that for Italy,Locauto is quite a flexible option in some cities and places. Thanks guys!

Needed one day rental. Picked it up at Rome termini Station and dropped it of at Fiumicino airport next day for approximately 80€ for small car. We got Fiat Panda in excellent condition and clean. Everything was smooth and staff was great. They did not reserved a deposit on my card. Booked directly on their website and the process is simple and quick. Would recommend! Thank you.
